I was been treated for burning sensation and acute pain in the meniscus of my knee. The MRI did not reveal a tear, so I didn't know what the root cause was, and had limited mobility. I had a month's worth of sessions in June, averaging 2-3 times per week, due to my work schedule. During the initial visit, Benjamin recommended that the primary focus of the therapy would be on the iliotibial (IT) band. His recommendation was on point! Midway through the program, I was feeling positive results. At the end of program I wasn't feeling any burning or pain, and had the mobility I was accustomed to, back. Several days after completion I headed to Camp Shelby, MS and pushed my knee beyond the normal activity and stress I normally place on it, for 30 days and I didn't have a single issue! Without the guidance of these highly motivated and experienced therapists, I firmly believe I would not have healed or recovered as quickly as I did, if at all. As long as you follow their instructions and do the extra at home exercises/stretches you'll recover quickly as well. You get out of it, what you put in to it, so be positive and stay motivated. A huge thank you again to everyone at Peak Performance who had a hand in my recovery. Take care guys! L. Everett

I must say everyone in this area is very friendly, and seem to know what they are doing. The therapist push you to heal, but at the same time listen to your limitations. You can tell they take pride in their work, and are professional. They also have great personalities and include patients in conversation. I would highly recommend this clinic if you are assigned hand, wrist, or elbow therapy. I have one more day of therapy, and can honestly say I think I am going to miss it. Eventhough i told them they tortured me (I lied) countless times, I will miss them. Brandy treated my left elbow about 10 years ago, and this time she treated my right. If I had a third elbow, I would ask for her to treat that one.

Then the assistant says she will work with me in a bit and sends me out to the waiting room. First visit and feel bad. Maybe a bit better communication between staff would be great. I finally get called back and the assistant get me set up and puts my hand in heat. The therapist never turned around and introduced herself. I guess ordering stuff is more important then helping patients. I find it odd that they sent me back to the waiting room when they brought me back and the assistant just sat me down with a hot moist towel for fifteen minutes anyway
