He was unfamiliar with the wiring in a manufactured home but figured out the problem. Recently, there have been issues with the furnace which led to use of space heaters. Those draw a lot of power which led to circuit breakers being tripped and broken. Or so we thought. I called the owner, Matt, around 6:30 on a Tuesday evening and was surprised he answered. I walked him through the problem and Matt proceeded to tell me he was booked for the next two months. I asked if he could recommend anyone that may have some availability and he suggested I look at a few of the larger companies because they may have more technicians than smaller shops. Right after I hung up, the phone rang and it was Matt saying he could stop by since our place is near where he was at that time. I had three different people staying at our cabin turn the breaker off and on, but Matt was able to get it to work. He called me to let me know the fix was very easy and he was in and out in a short time. Matt was very polite, helpful, and professional and didn't have to make this special trip to our cabin this night. If he hadn't, I could have been waiting quite some time to have this fixed.
