One did not match the other and it cost us $125 to return it. We bought a replacement for the return for less than the fee to return the original. Nobody should be charging fees to return things like that. Then the cabinets, though we love how they look were quite a pain. We went into order them and the original lady that we talk to was on vacation so the other lady was gonna come measure. She talked to the original lady and wouldn't come because the original lady wanted to do it. I guess because she wanted the commission to herself I don't know which delayed us by a week we were told we could rush the order and probably get it in 3 to 4 cause it usually takes five weeks when the order is finally submitted, they quoted seven weeks they pulled that in to five weeks, but measured wrong, which took a couple weeks to rebuild the cabinet. So the original five weeks has really been closer to 10 weeks when all is said and done. We never got status updates. I kept having to contact them. They really could work on their customer service. I also have since found that I could've had the cabinets custom made for about half the price.

On our first visit Don introduced himself to us and then let us go about looking at all the cabinets. We came back several times and each time Don checked in with us and answered questions. On Mar 5, Steven added an overhead light and 8 puck lights to our office/den closet and linked it with a wall switch just outside the closet. Stephen suggested putting the puck lights in a different place than we had originally considered, which made the puck light fixture almost invisible while providing all the light. On Mar 11, Joe added a wall switch to the other side of the closet and hard-wired three security cameras. Brightlife has become our go-to company when we need an electrician and we highly recommend them.

This is an update to my previous nasty review…read more Scheduled a rewire on my house, and the addition of a couple of new outlets. I was told I needed to vacate my house for 10 days. The Happy Outlet scheduled a Pod to be delivered to my home to put all my stuff in. They also made a hotel reservation for 10 days. These were both included in my quote. They scheduled the job for 5/18 to 5/27. The week included the Memorial Day holiday. And I was not informed that would be no work on Thursday of that week. I went home to water my plants on Friday, and saw not a lot of work had been done. I live in a 76 year old house, I knew there would be issues but I was told it could be done in 10 days. There was a lot of phone calls, texts and unhappy emails. The job was completed on Thursday 5/28. I moved back in my house on 5/27. After a very rocky start to the job and misinformation I am extremely happy with the work they have done. The guys worked very hard to get it done. My house is now up to code. The only reason for the 4 star review is for the miscommunication in the beginning. It was very stressful my cat and myself. Would I hire them again? Yes I would, in fact I need another outlet. Jesse, Kaitlyn, Carmelo, Eric and Alex all worked hard to finish the job to my satisfaction. I'm am happy.

That was our first encounter with McClain's Mobile DJ. We had enjoyed that evening so much, we requested a quote. Price wise, I feel like McClain's is very reasonable. The owner, Tracy, is lightning fast with responding! This made our time feel valued and her level of engagement really stood out to us. Then came the wedding day! Our DJ, Andrew and his trainee, Caleb were amazing! They had gotten to the venue for setup just before we did. Andrew was highly detail oriented and was able to get on page with us quickly if there was a lull or questions. His talent was further exemplified when he took on a 'wedding coordinator' role and made sure to either keep us on time or communicate with us about the timeline and if we wanted changes. He and Caleb really helped make our day special. From Caleb signaling to everyone that it was their turn to go down the aisle, to both of them checking in and asking if we needed anything. The communication was proactive and consistent. I truly believe they helped change the course of our day for the better with their generous service and their pure kindness. We have been so impressed with McClain's and I know our guests had the BEST TIME, in part because of this team. Should I need a DJ again, I wouldn't shop, but I would come right back to McClain's!

His office gal Heather is also great to work with, when I called to get an estimate Jerry was here the next day. Once we approved the estimate (which was very reasonable) Heather had us on the schedule for the following week. There was a cancellation and Heather reached out and was able to move it up four days earlier. She said that the guys would be here between 8:00-9:00 am, Jack arrived promptly at 8:00. We had two projects for them. 1) Install a ceiling fan in a location on a vaulted ceiling where there was none. I was nervous about how this was going to happen. We don't have much of an attic and I didn't know how they were going to get electricity to that location. Jack made it look so easy. 2) Was to move a light switch around the corner. We are opening a wall between the kitchen and living room and needed some wires moved, plus I wanted the light switch on the on the other wall. My husband insisted that it could not be done without ripping out part of that wall. He wanted me to leave it where it was. When Jerry arrived, he said it will be an easy fix (thanks Jerry for letting me win that battle ). My husband still had doubts but it came out perfect! If I could, I would give these guys a 10. Jack was great, he was so friendly and respectful, he covered all the floors and furniture with plastic and cleaned everything up before he left. He made sure there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor. The whole staff is professional, personable and courteous. I would highly recommend Jolt Electric to everyone. Heather, in the office, is wonderfully helpful, kind, and empathetic. She understood that not everyone has the funds for electrical work and may need to work OT to get it. I was able to get my work pushed out in order to do this while keeping my original quote. After my original call, Jerry came out just 2 days later. He is great! I can tell that the big and small jobs that he's going to will be done efficiently. Jolt Electric was my 2nd and last bid on this work. I'm staying with them because they understood the work that I needed done and didn't try to up sell me. My 1st bid with another business were trying to sell me by thousands higher! I'm So Very grateful for Jolt and will most definitely will be letting my friends and family know how great they are!
