I went to the Coleman Outlet store to replace an old AC power converter for my Coleman cooler. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected. They quickly showed me where to find the replacement part and even offered a discount. The Coleman Outlet store has all sorts of killer deals on every Coleman product you could imagine. I ended up leaving with what I was looking for as well as a new cooler and a canopy tent. The prices were so low I just couldn't resist. I highly suggest checking this place before going anywhere else for camping/outdoor needs. read more

I wish there were 0 stars. I have a Coleman Sundome 4 tent (9'x7') model 2000001975 I have used two times. Pros: It is waterproof. Cons: the bungee in the pole snapped , and Coleman's customer service is awful. I emailed for help, and they never responded, then I did live chat and they kicked me off, then I tried again and the person couldn't answer my question on what to order to replace my broken pole. Then I called their number, was on hold forever, the person had an accent so it was hard to understand her and I doubt she was confident with English, and she was rude. I am done with this company. read more

Pretty cool place, the museum is very small but neat to look at. The gentleman working was very informative over Coleman company history. Nice thing is It doesn't cost anything!! The outlet was ok, I did buy some small camping stuff, but nothing big. Prices wasn't much of outlet prices. read more

The museum brings back fond memories of camping with my parents growing up. As for the merchandise, you have to search for the bargains. They price everything with red stickers to give the illusion of savings. Check your phones people and price comparison shop. This store buys back items that don't sell in other stores and may lower the price a bit. But I stand behind the Coleman name. Their products are great and they have a good warranty. read more

If zero star was an option they would get that from me. Doesn't deserve a star. Disorganized store. Stuff sitting on floor. Lots of damaged tattered items. Could not donate even small items to our show n shine to raise money for a non-auditory 10 year old with celbrebral palsy needing wheelchair and other items but donated over $10,000 to be sponsor for 2019 river fest. Emailed local office for donation or sponsorship was emailed only donate to one certain charity. Wish I could return the 300.00 of items purchased the week before so I could of spent that money at the stores that did support our cause. So disappointed in company All about the big guys. This place is really not that great. They have a nice store but it's full of imperfect merchandise that isn't sold at much of a discount. Some items you could get it elsewhere without the defects for less money. When I hear the word outlet I'm expecting deeper discounts on overstock or slightly in perfect items. There were literally no good deals to be had there throughout the entire store. Very disappointing. read more

I have been buying Coleman products since I was a scout. Our instant canopy tent broke a rod after about 2 years of service. No big deal, but no replacement parts? Seriously? I could easily fix this myself, but the ONLY part available - the only component, is the dome light! Come on guys, you can do better. read more

The staff at the Factory outlet store in Wichita were great! Helpful, patience and courteous. 3x in the last two years we have had problems with a Coleman product. Yes, frustrating to have something go wrong when it shouldn't, especially when you are in the middle of a camping trip. BUT...despite the problems, they could not have been nicer about us bringing it back. They were great about exchanging it, without any fuss. Stan was especially kind and helpful! We have bought lots of their products over the years from various distributors, but with the awesome customer service at this Coleman store, we will now try and buy our products from Coleman directly. Just have to vent a moment. In November 2015 our kid was moving unexpectedly from her apartment and in a pinch. She had a place to stay, but nothing to sleep on. We ran down to the local Walmart (sorry, it was late and that's what was open), and bought a Coleman airbed. We got 'home' and the pump was in the box, but not the parts to connect the pump to the bed. Whatever, I run back down to Walmart to exchange it and they would not because of Coleman's policy of 'Do Not Return This Product To The Place Of Purchase' written on a piece of paper INSIDE the box. I have been dealing with Coleman on and off since then. Sometimes when I have a spare moment I entertain myself by trying to get a Giant Company to make a little problem right by trying to get them to send the stupid plastic parts that connect the pump to the bed or just a new/different pump. Since I paid cash, cannot find the receipt (we were in a bit of a tizzy ya know), and the pump has 2014 stamped on it, even though I purchased it end of 2015, they will not replace anything. Obviously this is a stupid 1st world problem, but You might want to think twice about about ever spending any of your hard earned money with a company who wont correct their oops. read more
