After accidentally missing an appointment, I reached out to reschedule and was told I could not because I supposedly had a past-due balance of $105. I knew this was incorrect because I had already paid $110 through the patient portal. Instead of investigating before denying care, I was simply told I couldn't be rescheduled until I paid the balance. After I provided proof of payment, the office admitted they had found my payment--it had been in a section of their system that only the office manager could access. While I appreciate the apology, this issue should have been resolved before I was denied care. The most concerning part of this experience is that these were mental health services. Patients seeking mental health care are often already in a vulnerable position. Being turned away because of an internal billing error created unnecessary stress and delayed access to care. Administrative mistakes happen, but patients should not bear the consequences of those mistakes. I hope this office improves its billing processes and communication so others don't have to fight to receive the care they need. I continue to see my therapist and nurse practitioner, Devon and Jennifer, who are amazing. My experience with the office staff is extremely poor.

One Health Ohio - Falls Family Care Review of Dr. Cubbison…read more (5 stars) I can say without hesitation that this review is for Dr. Cubbison only not for One Health Ohio, and that is because first of all One Health Ohio would get about a star maybe a star and a half, long waiting periods make you think that you're forgotten about and one time my wife and I just walked out we had other places to be and they were cutting into that time frame by not seeing us on our scheduled time but because of that I am only reviewing Dr. Cubbison for the simple fact that he is the best doctor I have ever had the privilege of seeing and visiting with. In a world where medical care can often feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional, he stands out as a rare kind of physician--one who truly cares about his patients as human beings. From the moment you walk into the exam room, you can feel his sincerity. He listens--really listens--to what you're saying. He doesn't talk over you, he doesn't dismiss your concerns, and he doesn't treat you like just another appointment on the schedule. Instead, he takes the time to understand what's going on, both medically and personally, and he approaches every situation with compassion and professionalism. Dr. Cubbison has consistently provided me with the care I need, including the medications that help me function and stay healthy. He does so thoughtfully and responsibly, always explaining why something is necessary and making sure I understand how it will benefit me. I've never felt judged, ignored, or rushed. Instead, I feel valued, respected, and supported. One of the qualities that sets him apart is how genuinely concerned he is for his patients' wellbeing. Keep in mind, they not only let us sit there all that time, it was also mentioned about my service dogs when I made the appointment. They immediately tried to schedule me somewhere else instead of trying to fix the situation. Keep in mind, it is illegal to deny service based on allergies or fear of dogs, per federal law (ADA). It turned into another hour of calling and talking to different people and them trying to "negotiate" with me. Read, they wanted to figure out a way to not accommodate us, while making it look like they were "working with us." I only needed to get a refill on meds. That was literally it. So, 2 1/2 hours later, and being forced to put my service dogs in the car, I finally saw the doctor and was able to leave. The whole situation was not only illegal, it was just plain unethical. You don't ask someone to be separated from their medical equipment. End of the day, it comes down to this: You can take Benadryl. I can't stop being disabled. You might have to suffer through some discomfort for the rest of the day. I'll be spending the rest of the week dealing with the physical, mental, and emotional fallout.

My daughter has appointments pre-scheduled for her chronic TMJ issues and before her first appointment, we received a text confirming her first appointment. The initial appointment on my end was a difficult one to physically get her to - having other kids and school in session required others to help me so I could get my daughter to the appointment on time. Upon arrival, I am pretty sure we ran into my daughter's new therapist in the parking lot heading out for the day , but I didn't realize it at the time. After checking in, I was pushed aside, given excuses and even almost passed on to another therapist who didn't specialize in my daughter's issue. When I realized the disorganization that was taking place and the lack of accountability, I took my daughter and left. If you insist on going to this practice, go in knowing that they are extremely disorganized and no in is in charge. It takes more than good therapists to run a practice, but apparently they leave before they're really done for the day...
