Their only response has been Mr the you sign this agreement . I'm sure ,some where in our contract your firm promise me to get what's best for me . Does my signature absolve you from that . It's hard to imagine that any lawyer would advise his or her client in good will to accept and offer on paperwork was 4500. but after 33% lawyer fees , 2000 lien hold on Medicaid recovery fees. Administrative fees . I check for 998 dollars. I only received 986.00 because I signed a paper that said with hold for paying a medical vendor. so where is good faith. So after all was said and done in accident I came out on the hook for 986 medical bill, I'm so stressed. The lawyers I feel the lawyer and and paralegal in this case just can't tell me this was willful neglect and terrible display of ethics personal, and corporate wise.since I have no remedy.
