I went online and found Derek Stark's website. Derek describes himself as an "honest auto repair mechanic with over 35 years of experience." Derek went to the trouble of looking at my vehicle at the other guy's shop. He gave me a 'ball park' $$$ and I really trusted him from the get-go so I had my van towed to his shop in the old Lihue Industrial Park. A day later he called with a confirmation of the diagnosis and two days later he had found the needed parts and gave me a detailed quote of costs for parts, shipping and labor. A week after that I got my van back and the bill was EXACTLY what he quoted. THIS GUY IS GREAT!!! I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good, honest auto repair guy who knows what he's doing. He's my go-to guy from now on.

They didn't show up, did not answer their phone or respond to text. AAA called them 3 times with no answer. I get island time but would hope for just plain honesty when it comes to eta's and good business practices of answering the phone and showing up.
