I needed to replace my tinting on my back hatch window and drivers side window. I called last minute, on my day off, no appointment. Not only did they take me right away, Andrew one of the owners, drove me to the mall so I could wait there and look around instead of being stuck in their shop. They fixed it so quickly in like an hour and a half!! Did a fantastic job!! I have to share an additional above and beyond story as well. My trunk release in my car does not work, so it's very challenging to get into the trunk. You have to go through the back seat and since that was one of the windows I was tinting, it was challenging for them I'm sure. Albert, Andrew's business partner, went above and beyond and rigged up puley system with some of his fishing line to my trunk release. So now I actually have a brand new tinted back window on my hatchback Kia and I can get into my trunk as well!! Just beyond thrilled!! When I took delivery of my new car, I asked the dealer if they had any recommendations. They told me that Precision Tinting did an excellent job, so I put them on my list to visit. I visited and talked to a number of "tinters" and when I visited Precision I was very impressed with their operation. They were obviously very professional and organized. Then I discovered their only drawback - they were completely booked and it took a while to be scheduled. Of course that was because of the great work they do! I was called in advance and reminded of the appointment, as promised, and then went to have the service done at the appointed time. They were very organized, polite, and on-time. The work they did was outstanding! No bubbles or streaks or any other problems. I then asked if they were a dealer for "Weather-Tech" and (yes they are) ordered the lazer measured floor mats and some other items, whic they ordered and installed them for me to make sure they were properly manufactured, etc. Another 100%. Wow! A friend recommended Precision Tinting Kauai for our home windows. Why? Well, it's not until now that we understand why. First we called the Precision Tinting office and Andrew visited with us onsite to walk through and understand which windows and which tint option would be the best for us. just bought a vw beetle and I wanted to get the windows tinted. I called around and was told by various tinting businesses that the beetle was one of the hardest to tint. The braddah here had call me up twice for let me know they could get me in earlier. That was impressive for sure. Guys did a good job in tinting my wife's car, the only negatives about this place is its really hard to get in for an appointment, I felt like we were misled led on the price we were originally told it would be $80 then it turned into $140 they said they needed to get the glue off then we were pressured to get a better style tint, I really didn't see the difference between the upgrade,as a customer I don't like being pressured or upsold read more

Had the windows of my Tacoma tinted a little over a week ago and Precision did an excellent job. The staff was friendly and professional. The work area was clean. Before leaving, they did a great job explaining how to properly clean my newly tinted windows.
