Upon sending payment, I no longer needed the tow & cancelled. The fee of $560 was not refunded. At no time was I ever informed of a 100% cancellation of $560. Nor did I ever receive a phone call from the tow truck driver as to my specific location. This was unacceptable & I would not recommend doing business with this company.
