The dry cleaning looks good, but the shirt is not good at all. I thought I'd give them another try since they are close to my house and open early in the mornings during the week. And the reviews were good. I have used this dry cleaner in the past and was not happy with their work back then. Iron marks, creases where they shouldn't be, etc. I wanted to give them another try and I am very disappointed. My husband picked up the finished products and didn't notice the poor job with the shirt. Again wrinkles and creases where there should not be. I personally will not use this cleaner again. Fortunately, my husband will be wearing a suit coat over the shirt for the wedding we are attending to hide the poor job quality. I'm giving them two stars because the dry cleaned items look okay. However, this is the last time I will be using them for anything. The more I look at the shirt, if I had the time to wash and press it myself, I would!

The gentleman explained to me that he placed bleach into the machine & all my white clothing is now pink. He didn't apologize and said for the inconvenience he would only charge me $20 for the rest of the clothes they did wash without issue. These are items that I am unable to repurchase due to the limited availability. I was trying to support a local business in the area that I heard good things about and then this happens. This is to not take away from the facilities itself. They have a Mexican restaurant right inside & it appears they have plenty of washers, dryers & free wifi.

I headed over to Maytag as this was the closest laundry mat that I knew of in my area. Two HUGE baskets filled to the rim with dirty (mostly boys) laundry in tow. The super friendly lady working that day was like a laundry angel! She weighed the load and told me that it was going to cost $80! Now, it was going to be totally worth it, but I just couldn't justify spending that much on something that I could do for free at home. She then offered me a $10.00 discount. I was SOLD! It looks just like a vintage LV BAG, which we wanted. The water damage is gone, the leather is not dried out (as it was) and the large nicks in the caramel leather are all but gone. The restretch turned out well and the carpets did look clean...however, the floors were soaked for over a week after the cleaning. The company should have suctioned more water from the floors but in a hurry to get the job done, they didn't which ruined the baseboards that were touching the wet carpet and soaked up the water. I called the owner out to my house to take a look at the damage caused and he acknowledged that the floors shouldn't have stayed wet for that long and said he would look into having a repair crew come out and replace the baseboards. He said he would call me back after the weekend...that was 6 weeks ago and I've been trying to get in touch with him or anyone at the office and they all refuse to return my phone calls.
