I brought the dress to sterling cleaners to see if they could work some magic and get the blue dye stains out- I really didn't think it was possible. I also needed to pick up the dress the next day in time for my trip. They were soo nice and helpful! The man took it and did a quick spot check to see if they could get it out & was successful, so I left it along with another dress to be cleaned. There were several of these blue spots all over the dress... & They were able to get them ALL out and have it ready in time for my vacation! I honestly cannot believe they were able to fix it & have it ready in time! I am sooo thankful and truly recommend them to anyone! They were nice, helpful, professional and worked some magic!! I took the pants back to them to see the chemical quarter size burn on the side of the pants. I asked to speak with the owner - he called me the next day but accused me of damaging my pants. He said his notes in his file that his employee made - said there was damaged when they were received. When I told him no way because these are pants worn to the office snd are not used to clean house. When I asked why wasn't I called if they saw the damage especially since it was so profound and a chemical burn- he said it was not his policy - he was rude, and accusatory. He then said dry clean items are washed! I told him I did not want my clothing washed ! I bring them to the dry cleaners to be dry cleaned. This was the 2nd time their customer service has been unfriendly, rude and unprofessional. The 1st time was when I asked the manager about a new employee's overcharging for 4 items. She was arrogant, and rude. I thought she just had a bad day. I've done business with this cleaners for more 6 years but no more. They don't take responsibility for their mistakes and their customer service and care is arrogant. I've spent a lot of money at this business on a monthly basis - but no more - if they paid for the pants -it would have been 1/12 of what I send with them annually. You've been warned. Beware !

I showed up at just a little past 7 am on a Friday morning (the business opens at 7 as stated on their doors). No one was there. I left and came back an hour later, he told me that my clothes would be cleaned by that evening after 5 pm. The following Monday I went to pick up my clothes. I was behind someone else that had apparently gotten back one of their new shirts with a hole in it. Instead of being courteous to the customer, the man was arguing and being extremely aggressive about the issue. When they finally left and I pulled up to the window I was informed that my clothes were at the store but not yet put on the rack. I told him I would come back after going to Kroger I went back to the store and waited behind a line of about 6 cars while a barely trained young teenager waited on the people ahead of me. When I finally pulled up to the window (again) I noticed the same aggressive man giving a statement to the police!! I was given my clothes and did NOT receive the advertised discount because I did not pre-pay for the clothes - which I did not know I was supposed to do to receive the discount. I will never use these cleaners again!

The prices here are competitive and their work has always been great. Of course I don't have any major stain (usually) on my clothes for the most part so it's not like I'm hauling farm equipment. The lady that works behind the counter is always super nice and friendly but I sorta feel sorry for here because she always looks overwhelmed. The place is always filled to the top with stuff...which is a good thing...robust business.....she also does alternation which I think is very convenient. The gentleman explained to me that he placed bleach into the machine & all my white clothing is now pink. He didn't apologize and said for the inconvenience he would only charge me $20 for the rest of the clothes they did wash without issue. These are items that I am unable to repurchase due to the limited availability. I was trying to support a local business in the area that I heard good things about and then this happens. This is to not take away from the facilities itself. They have a Mexican restaurant right inside & it appears they have plenty of washers, dryers & free wifi.
