Today I walked into the store with one of the sweatshirts I bought from here a couple weeks ago. I looked around for a while and picked out a nice shirt I wanted to buy. Then I had to use the bathroom and knew that they had a bathroom. But, I was trying to be polite and asked the girl that was working there if they had a bathroom. She responded "No." I knew that they had a bathroom and decided to not buy the shirt. I walked away and talked to my boyfriend, who said, he had used the bathroom there before. Then I called my father because we were here a couple weeks ago when I bought something. I asked him if he used the bathroom here before and he responded yes. Then I contacted and asked my roommate if she had used it before, and she also responded yes. At this point I knew 3 people that had used this bathroom before, so I decided to go back and confront the girl working. I told her that My dad, roommate, and boyfriend had used the bathroom before and she was speechless. She responded nervously, and said "I was told we are not allowed to let people use the bathroom." I was very confused because she responded "No" to having a bathroom, so now all of a sudden, they do have a bathroom? She lied to me and was VERY nervous to talk to me. She should have told me that in the first place, because then we would have not had a problem. Let me tell you, I have been to this store MANY times and every time I come into this store I am greeted. But this time, the girl did NOT greet me. She was on her computer the entire time, never asked if I needed any help, and was also eating Blaze pizza. She was very rude from the beginning. All I did was confront her, and she did not respond well. She told me I was yelling and her and I was very defensive, when all I was doing was confronting her. I then asked for her name, and the managers contact information. She did not provide me with her full name, and also just gave me the first name of the manager. What am I supposed to do with that? How am I supposed to complain about an employee if I do not have any contact information. So I asked her for his information, and she said "I am not allowed to give you any of his information." WHAT!? How is anyone able to talk to the manager of the store? He or she does not know what is going on with their employees. I would have understood if there were many people in the store, or if there was an event going on that I could not use the bathroom. But instead she responded "No," because she was too lazy to give a customer an explanation. I am not sure why there is a policy of not letting customers use the bathroom, because I clearly was a customer. I showed her the sweater I was wearing, and showed her the same sweaters on the rack next to me that I had bought a few weeks ago. I was a customer here and was about to buy something. I have surely already told people about my experience here and they have responded that they have had similar experiences here with the employees. I am going to further my research on finding the manager of this store, so I can explain to him or her what happened. I hope no one has this experience here because it was very alarming and shocking.

One advised they only work on units they've sold, and the other advised they were 2 to 3 weeks out. When we called Broadway, Tanner advised he had an opening 2 days out, which we scheduled. I had guests visiting the house at the time who were isolating due to the virus. Jessie the technician arrived at the time scheduled and was respectful and properly prepared for the situation. He provided a temporary fix to the refrigerator and stated exactly what steps he was taking, and parts he was ordering for the repair. The parts came in one day earlier than he estimated, which in turn Jessie made the repair one day earlier than he initially indicated. Jessie was quick, neat, well mannered and knowledgeable. We wholeheartedly recommend Broadway Appliance.

It wouldn't be a problem if he hadn't already done this for me 3 other times or the fact that I hadn't of previously rented 3 over priced under average quality suits. The owner has been completely rude every single time I've been in there. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you enjoy some grouchy old man talking down to you for the duration of your visit.
