I needed a truck moved off my property and scheduled a time for the tow. The tow was delayed and they arrived over an hour past the appointed time. Once they got here, they were courteous and was able to move the vehicle to where it needed to be. This is the 1st time I have used this company and have nothing but positive words. Noticed most of the negative comments were from individuals who had their cars repossessed. Well perhaps they should have been responsible and made their payments instead of blaming someone for doing what they are supposed to. However, usually the1se type of individuals always blame others. I ran into a ditch trying to avoid a truck who did not share the road. I hit something in the ditch and both passenger tires were destroyed. I was on an unfamiliar country road. I called my mechanic and he recommended Coles. There was about an hour wait but the driver called me twice to let me know he was caught up in traffic. He arrived hooked up my car and drove to a tire store in Corryton only to be told they did not have the correct tool to take off a Mercedes tire?! The driver offered to take me somewhere else no problem, no extra charge. He was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use again if necessary and recommend to anyone. read more

Last night I had an oil line blow on my truck around 5 pm. I called AAA and waited for 4 hours on them. So i gave up and called Coles the gentleman speaking said it would be about 2 hours before anyone was there to help me. Well that was at 8pm. I waited till 11pm to try to contact them and it rang then the operator sent to voicemail twice. I would never rely on this company to tow a childs toy yet alone a real car. Moral of the story is if you have to use this company you'd be better of walking you'll get there quicker. read more

I ran out of gas at 7:pm on a Sunday night. I had a car full of groceries including ice cream and frozen food. Coles got to me in 10 min, out gas in my car, and waited yo be sure there wasn't anything else wrong. He watched me pull out onto the road. Quick emergency service. read more

I was at my friends house and a man working for this company came to repo her car which ended up being a misunderstanding on the lien holder! however this man was completely repulsive and has no regard for anyone. He first hooked up her car with her and her daughter in it and raised it up while it was also running and then proceeded to remove them from the vehicle all while calling her white trash, and low life piece of s***, and that she wasn't worth anything because she couldn't make her car payments! And then he called the police for her being upset when he decided that he wasn't going to let her get her granddaughters car seat and diaper bag out of the car on top of the name calling. I have never seen anything like this in my life and I will make sure that I tell everyone about this company and the foul, insecure boys that should not be getting away with treating people this way. read more

Waited for over an hour, driver didn't advise he wouldn't dispatch because vehicle was listed in a parking garage. Called AAA dispatcher to advise of no arrival, they advised the company rejected the dispatch. I informed I never received a call or text from them. AAA offered to resend the same driver if we assist in relocating the vehicle outside of the parking garage. Waited for the 30 minutes they said for 2nd ETA and still no show and no call. Attempted calling company directly and no answer. Completely unprofessional company. read more

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. The communication between AAA, Cole's, and the customer (me) is absolutely disastrous. So at 1:30pm my wife is driving to the Dr's for an appointment and our Yukon's engine has an issue. She is able to get pulled over and get another ride to the Dr's. I call AAA at 3pm to get the car towed to the shop. They say that Cole's can not get the car until 6pm. I leave work early and get to the car at 5pm, hoping they might be earlier. 6pm rolls by and at 7pm I call AAA to see what the status of the tow truck is. They put me on hold and try to reach Cole's. They get back to me and say they called the Cole's number several times but just reached their voicemail. I ask for the number they used and they give it to me. At 7:30pm, I call Cole's and I am able to get through. The dispatcher says they are slammed and will probably not get to the car until 8:30 or 9pm. I tell them I am going to go home (which is 15 minutes away) and to call me when the tow truck is on the way so I can meet them at the car. 9pm rolls on by and I call Cole's several times but only get voicemail. I call AAA and they said they reached someone and. that person said the tow truck is on their way and will call me. I tell AAA that I will be on my way as well. I don't get a call from Cole's. As I am driving to the location where my car is, I call Cole's 3 times and no answer. I leave a message for them to call me back. I get to my car at 9:20. I try to call Cole's again several times with no success. At 9:30, I call AAA to see what is going on. They call Cole's and supposedly get through and procceed to tell me that the tow truck already came by my car and since I was not there, they left. Absolutely Frustrated at this point!! They finally find another towing company, but it wont be there until midnight......by the way, my wife has cancer and has surgery the next morning......thank you AAA and Cole's for a delightful experience the night I need to spend with my wife and kids. Absolutely horrible....can't say it enough. read more

Cole's Towing has a few locations and is used by AAA, who I called for a flat tire. The tow truck hit a retaining wall on it's way out of my driveway right in front of me and sped off leaving a damaged wall.I called AAA to report since they were the ones to send these people out to my house, just to have Cole's deny it happened. My mistake calling AAA for a solution. All These people obviously do not care what kind of damage they do to other people.. Call the police onColes right away. This kind of driving is dangerous.This was a hit and run,keep a camera on them.I hate this driver is still out there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! read more

We broke down on our way from Ohio to Florida and had to have AAA send a row truck. We didn't have a long wait before Alvin got there. He was great!!!! Not only did he help us trouble shoot to see if the car would start but he then drove us to a hotel and then continued on to drop the car off. Alvin made sure we had the items we needed out the car and was very patient with us. read more
