Unfortunately, that was the first time we had rain in months after a very hot summer here in Fort Worth, TX, and it rained for a week. RAIN 10/25 - will show up the following week after the rain stops - no show - no contact FRIDAY 11/5 - with one day notice, he said he could come 11/4, we were unavailable due to doctor appointment, but texted back that Friday on 11/5 would be OK - no response to text - found out days later he had gone out of town - we had stayed home all that day waiting - no customer courtesy WEEK OF 11/13 - no response to texts sent to him 11/19 or 11/20 - with little notice, sent us a text that he would be here on one of these two days - responded OK - asked for a time - no response - stayed home two days - no show again 11/24 - texted him "Got a day for us yet?" - he texted back "Friday" on 11/29 - and we texted back "Got a time?" - and he texted back on 12/1 "yes, tomorrow" - so he changed from Friday now to Saturday on the Friday he was supposed to be at our house FRIDAY 12/1 - no show SATURDAY 12/2 - no show TO DATE - NO SERVICE - NO CUSTOMER COURTESY - NO RECOMMENDATION FOR THIS COMPANY....hired another arborist yesterday who looked at the photos we sent to him - he is coming to our house tomorrow - but it may be too late now to save/inject the (3) 20 year old ornamental crape myrtles that are over 20ft tall because they are going dormant now.

Fred was quick to respond to our request to trim our 25 foot, 25 year old crepe myrtle trees. The…read morefrost and a fungus had killed a lot of the upper branches. He gave us a good quote and showed up the next day to get started. It took a couple of days because I didn't want the crepe myrtles chopped flat across the top. Fred removed dead branches, taking the trees down to about 15 feet and shaped the trees to look natural. He cleaned up and removed all the debris. Love the way the crepe myrtles look now-so tidy and healthy again. We have used Fred several times in the past for tree trimming in our front and back yard. He is reliable, hard working, and does a great job.

They cleaned up the area, installed new weed barrier, and replaced the rock. However, the rock wasn't sifted, so dirt and weed seeds were left behind. Less than two months, the weeds were back just like before. I also reached out for follow-up and haven't received a call, text, or reply to my Yelp message. Overall, while the initial experience was positive, I'm disappointed that the results didn't last and that there has been no response to address the issue.
