I never moved forward with H2H Tree Trimming and Landscaping, and honestly I'm glad I didn't. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and wasted time were enough for me. First impressions matter, and this one was rough. If this is how they handle potential customers, I'd be very cautious trusting them with an actual project on your property. Awesome Service. An entire crew of several came on time, were very respectful and spent 3/4 of the day cutting down several trees on my property as well as trimming several. Some time about a week ago one of our trees had a couple of large branches break away from the main trunk and took about 50% of the main trunk with it. On the recommendation of both of our kids, who had used Hartin in the past I called him. Ricky came over the same day and looked it over gave me a price. I'll admit it was more than I expected. He explained what was needed to remove the tree. The main part of the tree was approximately 60 feet tall and only had half of the main trunk holding it up. I was concerned because it was to close to the house to delay. We set it up to come down 5 days later. The next day he called and said his crew finished a job early and could do it then. They came and an hour and a half later the tree was down, cut up, chips in the truck and the yard was cleaned. I have never watched four guys work that hard and it was in the high 90's. I can definitely recommend Hartin tree service. His knowledge about trees was extensive and he does a good job of explaining what's wrong and how to fix it. read more

Ricky came out and did a walk-through, gave us a detailed explanation of what was needed with recommendations, and a fair quote. They did an excellent job, trimming over 50 trees and removing three large dead ones from our yard. Very prompt and professional. Would highly recommend them for any tree services. read more

Great communication from start to finish. This is a knowledgeable, professional tree service with top notch people and equipment. The cost was very reasonable. The crew arrived on time and performed exactly as the contract and bid outlined. The cleanup was so thorough that I barely knew they'd been there, except for the excellent work they did on the seven trees they worked on. Great work, great people, great price. If you need any tree service, I couldnt recommend Hartin's enough. Not only were they out same day to give me an estimate, the estimator actually took out the time to tell me about the trees he was going to prune, which I thought was a great touch that no other arborist had done. What a pleasant surprise. Hartin's crew were professional, friendly, attentive, and really knew what they were doing. I had a challenge tree -- 2 feet in diameter growing right against my 1929 building with a soft roof. They handled the challenge beautifully. Not even a scratch on my building, and trimmed the surrounding trees with expertise and care. Will definitely be using again to trim the trees at my residence.
