It was so hard to keep the heat from burning the shisha and the quick lights were going out very fast (2 in an hour). My first visit I was a little overwhelmed and just bought the coco charcoals and stuck them somewhere in my house. Today I figured I would just get a bigger tray and bigger bowl for my small hookah. Not to mention an additional hose. Well people were coming and going and I was all confused. The lady was like why don't you just buy a bigger hookah????? Duh Not what I had gone in for but it made sense. Looked at a larger Mya hookah with a cage. How perfect was that. My small one seemed like a fire hazard with the short hose and small tray leaving ashes going everywhere. At this point I have the new larger hookah at the register (larger bowl, tray and bigger longer hose). Grab some more shisha and out the door. Did buy some more coco charcoals not really sure they were the ones I had bought before. Cleaned it and prepared my hookah. Coals took literally 7 mins. Started with one coal not a lot of smoke a lot of pull from me though. Added another coal..... We have a winner!!!!! This made my weekend. My little hookah will be used only when traveling. Oh the coco coals are awesome!!!! Burnt my finger thinking because it was black that it was not lit. This place has all you need and more. Great quality of items with a large selection. Really good customer service. They seem to know their regulars.

Despite calling during business hours, the person who answered was immediately rude and dismissive. It got even more uncomfortable when my husband asked about a few products. The man on the phone suddenly became suspicious and started speaking to him like he was a police officer or a narc, which was completely uncalled for and honestly quite off-putting. What makes it worse is that the exact products he asked about are clearly listed on their website for anyone to see. So, the attitude of the man speaking with my husband - and his defensiveness - made (and still makes) absolutely no sense. If you're going to advertise late hours, you should be prepared to speak to customers professionally during those hours. Customer service like this is a great way to lose business, and we won't ever be returning.

Even though it was really bad, I brought it up with the owner, and he was very humble, apologized, and said he was being rude and having a bad day. He admitted he was in the wrong. It's very rare to find someone who is willing to admit their mistake and take responsibility for it. It's refreshing. This is going to be long…read more I'm going to assume that I just caught this crew on an off day bc the customer service was lacking. I walked in and there wasn't anyone at the front desk. The security guy was holding the door that leads to the back open while he assisted a customer who didn't know how to use the kiosk, so I bypassed that area, and let myself into the back. I'm a medical user and got into the empty medical line. The guy at the register didn't say hello or usher me up, so I went to him as he was clearly not busy or helping anyone else. I gave him my drivers license, medical card, and told him I was picking up an online order. He gathered my order and rang it up. He never reviewed the items purchased to verify the picker in the back grabbed the correct items, which was odd as literally every other dispensary I've visited conducts some sort of verification. The guy then gives quotes a price that is $25 higher than the price I received when placing the order online. When I pointed this out he asked, "are you still a medical user?". Sir, I'm standing in the medical line and had you bothered to review the identification I handed to you, then you would know I'm a medical user. After I presented my medical card he keyed something into the system and ended up charging me $20 less than what I was quoted online. I said nothing, took my sh!t, and left. I likely won't return to this location, but would be willing to try another.
