She has been excellent for the last 3 years! We recently had an outstanding experience with her! She made the entire process incredibly easy. We brought all our documents with us, and her expert guidance turned what is usually a stressful task into a breeze. She took the time to explain every step, ensuring we understood everything along the way. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a smooth, hassle-free tax preparation experience, esp if you don't want to do yourself because you fear making a mistake. I only had one W-2 and was under the impression they'd do a good job. However, I ended up paying $50 more than my normal tax guy charges me. Not only did they quote me a cheaper price but they failed to file my state taxes. I have now just had to pay state taxes from 2018 in addition to paying an additional $90 for my tax guy to fix this mistake. Do not go here. The people are friendly but it will charge you more in the long run than needed.

I let the agent know that I wanted to work with a specific company that I had worked with 15 years ago. She said no problem, researched the information and my insurance was ready and completed on the next day. In addition, the agents communicate with each other so any agent can give optimal service if the initial agent is unavailable. The management does a great job of allowing the workers to do their jobs.

Not only are my premiums reasonable, but I receive excellent customer service - even in those unfortunate times when I've had to make a claim. This has been especially true of Andrew Brandt's office. His staff has been cheerful, knowledgeable, helpful, and encouraging. And as we've transitioned into having *two* teen drivers (yikes!), that encouragement and advice has been much needed! Jolene, the Branch Manager, assisted me over the phone. She had a pleasant voice and demeanor and seemed to be smiling as she spoke with me. This is a small location compared to some that I've been to in other states. It's located in a shopping plaza. There's ample parking. I must have come at the right time as it was easy in and easy out. Elizabeth appears to be a quiet, reserved, young lady. Don't worry as she will open and talk to you and ensure that your questions are answered and needs met. She was able to assist me with my account, as well as clear up some incorrect information I was provided from calling the call center/toll free number. I appreciate the time she took helping and the friendly conversation. It'll be nice to see additional locations opened, especially in the central Virginia area. The locations on Virginia seem to be spread out, whereas in northern states like Pennsylvania and New Jersey there's literally one on every corner or so it seems. They're closed on Saturday and Sunday, so they truly have banker's hours. If you are current military or a veteran, let them tell you what they have to offer. Stop by and you won't be disappointed. I had realized it was counterfeit because my bank wouldn't take the bill. I was advised by my bank to return it back to this bank. I went back to inform them it was counterfeit and didn't do a thing. A manager had told me there was nothing they could do since I left the bank. I had to speak with a general manager because something didn't feel right and was denied. The manager didn't tell me when the general manager would be available which tells me something was off about the whole situation. The manager I spoke to didn't even bother to tell me her name.
