First time around, I called, hoping for a superhero-style walk-in save. But nope, they were booked and could only do appointments for the end of the week. Fast forward to today, I tried my luck again, thinking maybe in-person with icy snowy road conditions they might have cancelations. Parking lot was empty (besides snow) and a few cars and my back almost sighed in relief for the hopes of an adjustment. Spoiler alert: No such luck, theu had no availability for new patient walk ins with serious pain but could schedule me an appointment for early next week. Here's the scoop: Type of Care: Scheduled appointments only. No urgent healing here. Care Quality: If you're expecting a quick fix for pain, you might be looking in the wrong place. Office Experience: Ice Cold reception, snow falling off the roof as you walk in and office clerks who dont aknowledge you until 5 minutes of standing there and they ask, "do you have an appointment?" Who wakes up in pain and calmly schedules an appointment for next week?!?! As a new patient, I expected a warmer welcome, but contrary to what their webpage says, it seems like urgency and relieving your pain ASAP isn't their strong suit. It is clear he is driven by the need to tend to his patients with the intent to cure. It is very interesting to see ICE Clinics integrate cutting edge science, technology, and nutritional health with chiropractic practices. I, personally, visited 2 other chiropractors and noted what my issue was and all they did was the classic adjustment and sent me on my way; it felt like I was some kind of subscription and not a human. I had heard of Dr. Bryant years ago and recently had injured my lower back to a state of almost complete debilitation, which is though for me being healthy and 35 years old. He did a full analysis of posture and other various tests to attempt to diagnose the root cause rather than the clear and present pain. In my visits, it was diagnosed that I had extreme compression of the lower back and through a series of visits I was put through various exercises to relieve the pressure. In my visits I was put through adjustments in tandem with Red Light Therapy (intended to promote faster healing) integrated with massage, suction cups, vibrating plates, and stretching all were performed and over the course of 3 weeks my pain has gone from an 8-9 with almost complete debilitation to roughly a 1-2 and complete regain of function. I can't express enough the respect I have for Dr. Bryant and ICE Clinics and would highly encourage anyone with any issues whether mild or chronic to visit.

The VA had me on various medications but still daily headaches. In 2001 I saw a chiropractor that found the root problem. He got me down to a couple headaches a month. He sold his practice to Dr Whitemarsh who continued the treatments. I now have a couple headaches a year that might only last a few minutes. I see him once month or when I feel a headache coming. He always knows what my neck needs and I am in and out in minutes. It is easy to get an appointment and I always get in the same day.
