Inquired about pricing, asked if I am able to find out pricing for treatment portion after evaluation based on providers recommendations. Office manager began to laugh over the phone. When I inquired what was so funny as I am simply trying to make sure I can pay for the services I am seeking. Tawny (office manager) said she is canceling my appointment and hanging up. Asked if I could speak to someone else as I felt that the manager was not understanding my request. My request was denied, and the manager hung up on me. Dr. Mathews is an excellent chiropractor. I have a neck fusion and he has really been able to provide relief and stability for me. He is knowledgeable and approachable. His team is great and personable, Molly is always there with a smile and ready to help. They have a large team of massage therapist.I have massages there frequently and Nerieda is top notch! This is the second time that they've made an error with two different crystals that spell their name differently!! I received a free treatment for referral and I drove all the way into town and they refused to honor it when I have spent a lot of money there I was going there for three or four years straight every single month sometimes twice a month!! Went back for the first time in many years. Was concerned by the little to no covid-19 practices. I should have immediately left. Ended up having treatment and was told by chiropractor that we "should be like Sweden" and "masks don't work". Both more political than science-based claims. I called other chiropractic offices and, without exception, they all followed cv-19 practices. In addition, they were not aware of any state exceptions being given for chiropractic. I think Elite Chiropractic has fallen far from "eIite" statis and may be violating state guidelines. I will not return. read more

I just had work done on my back with Dr. Mathews and I feel so much better after one session. I've been doing CrossFit for 6 years now with no injuries. I use to see a Chiropractor in Oregon but now that I have moved back to the area, I was recommended to visit his practice. Excellent care and great office. Staff is helpful and up front with first visit charges. They also looked into my deductible and told me my balance so that I knew what I was responsible for. I've been a patient of Dr. Mathews for the last few years, originally started seeing him for pain in my right shoulder, then seen him for frequent headaches, and even knee pain. I definitely noticed a difference between his office and others that I've visited in the past. Dr. Mathews makes it a point to get you feeling better within just a few visits, literally 2-3 visits whereas others I've seen have put me on a 6 week plan coming in twice a week then revaluating how I'm feeling. My son is a very active soccer player and we thought he had torn something but before I took him to a orthopedic my boss Dr Brian Callaway suggested I see Marshall and within hours of his adjustment he was out playing again! Then I ended up with Vertigo and Marshall got me in within a hour and he gave me a adjustment, emailed me some more at home things I can do and then followed up with me a couple days later! Great clinic. Service is fast, friendly, and they always put me back in place. They have a massage therapist there as well so you don't need to go somewhere else for that. Get realigned, then have your muscles soothed without leaving the office. Highly recommend! read more
