I also just did my 3rd pre-op appt. there n it was a same day appointment within 2hrs of my appointment with dr Steven's they had me in there! the nurses are so sweet n the front office staff as well.. I stopped at the receptionist on my way out n told her I needed to pay my bill from my last surger n she asked me how much n I said all of it cuz I got a letter saying it could go to collections n she looked it up n was so discreet discussing my bill with me cuz we were in an open area with people all around. love love love the doc (dr Stevens)n his staff n everything about this place as well!

I've spent quite a bit of time in this office...Dr. Hales took care of me when I broke my finger…read moreand again about a year later when I needed hand surgery. The guy has some a seriously terrible bedside manner, but he is really good at what he does, so it all cancels out. Dr. Hales is _the_ hand expert in TriCities, so if your hand is ailin', come see this guy. He took great care of my broken finger--it healed like it had never snapped into 3 pieces, all without surgery. He managed to squeeze me in as an emergency about an hour after I got x-rayed at and sent on from the urgent care center. When it came time for surgery to release a trigger finger, he squeezed me in to accomodate my crazy schedule on extremely short notice. On top of that, he did an amazing job of making the incision in the crease in my palm so that it's barely visible. I'm still amazed about the lack of pain, speed of recovery, and return to 100% use/normalcy. Woo!

The care was ok at the Richland location, however, my issue is with the billing dept. Oasis does…read morenot bill in house, but is processed through upstream rehabilitation. I have only received 1 invoice, I have requested via email and by telephone, but have yet to receive one. When I attempted to call on multiple occasions, you are put on an immediate hold for anywhere from 10-30 minutes. After multiple attempts, I did get through, the woman explained my bill had gone up since the last bill, for a service that had not been billed yet. I did explain I emailed and did not receive a response, but I had not received any updated invoices with new charges or my payments. She indicated she would start sending. I received services in 2024 and have yet to receive another invoice. I have made a couple additional payments, but again I am not receiving an invoice to see that they are being applied, etc. I have again sent several emails and attempted to call and be on hold, but did not receive responses, until today I was called by a collection agency! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and am finally contacted by Upstream Rehabilitation to state that I made a verbal agreement to pay. I said I did not make a verbal agreement, what I stated was I would make payments as I received invoices. I believe I have the right to know what charges were applied, what insurance has covered and how my payments are applied to account. If you go to Upstream Rehabilitation you will see most reviews are the same as mine. This feels like a scam to send to collections by not answering emails or calls or providing invoices reflecting payments, balances or what was billed through and accepted by insurance. BE AWARE if you receive services as Oasis, you will be billed through Upstream Rehabilitation. They REALY know what they are doing, and didn't break our bank in the process…read more Ken did some work on my wife's shoulder that had been inflamed for YEARS. Previous physical therapists kept seeing her every week, kept charging, but nothing ever improved. After about 3 visits with Ken, and some very good advice from him, my wife's shoulder drastically improved - and he said we didn't need to come in anymore (as long as we followed instructions). Very impressed, they really know their stuff.
