So, you're thinking about putting your child in dance? That's nice. Well, let me just tell you…read morethis: I would NOT recommend Dance Infinity. It's not completely terrible--some of the instructors are very kind there. There is one director that I would never recommend, and her name is Hallie Odom. She is one of the main instructors for teens and adults. Now you may be asking, "Well, what's so bad about her?" Well, you're in for a ride--let me tell you. One thing is her teaching style is very sink or swim. There's not much step-by-step guidance, especially for beginners who have never done ballet before. My two daughters went there for about 5 months and had never done ballet, and she never once helped them. And she knew they had never done ballet. She never tried to get to know them. The first day they went, she told my younger daughter, who was 13, "Your sister was really good, her footwork was really nice." My daughter was just nodding, and then she said, "And you... you were... yeah," then smiled and walked away, leaving my daughter crushed and coming home crying. Now, if you're signing up your older kid for anything, they will most likely have her. And if you sign them up for ballet, it is mandatory for them to also do ballet progressions. If your child has never done ballet, trust me, this will ruin their confidence and make ballet seem 10x harder, because Ms. Hallie doesn't teach them the terms or how to do the movements. One of my daughters spent a whole day teaching herself the terms and movements just to catch up. And the worst part is she plays favorites--she mostly corrects and helps girls she's known since they were little. She would always help them, but never give my daughters much attention. Now I'm not asking for Ms.Hallie to stop and slow down the whole Class for them but it's just the fact that she never corrected them nor helped them instead just left them to figure it out themselves even though thats literally what I'm paying her to do is to help them. My daughter even tested it during across-the-floor work by going in front to see if she would get feedback. She didn't say anything to my daughter, but gave corrections to the student she knew behind her instead. Now let's talk about Ms. Lin. I was signing up one of my daughters for contemporary (Ms. Giselle is the contemporary teacher--very kind and helpful). While I was on the call, I also brought up that my daughters weren't getting much help in ballet to see if anything could be done. She responded in a very rude and dismissive way, saying something like, "And yet you want to sign her up for another class even though you're having these problems," which I found very unhelpful. Overall, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously when trying to address concerns. The owner, Gwen, was kind in the few interactions I had with her and tried to help by letting my daughters go into class 10 minutes early for extra help with Ms. Hallie, but that still didn't make much difference. All in all, the other instructors for younger or beginner classes are wonderful--the jazz, contemporary, and hip hop teachers are great. I just highly do not recommend this studio for teens who are beginners in ballet or trying to start ballet for the first time.

Ms. Lynn at the desk is a sweetheart and has always been so friendly and answers all my questions. We have had classes with Brianna, Gwen, Makenna, Kaylie and Giselle over the years and they have taught the girls age appropriate routines and given them the foundational skills to continue in dance. Monthly pricing is very reasonable, the studio is always neat and decorated nicely. They put together summer classes and offer classes for adults too. I highly recommend Dance Infinity SA to anyone. I hope to continue with them for many years to come.

The studio itself is elegant, comfortable and elite. The dancers have a huge cozy lounge with homework areas, changing rooms and lighted hair/makeup stations. They also have a full kitchen with a large table, fridge and microwave for eating dinner on long dance nights. It's like family when visiting. Our granddaughter is always encouraged to try every single genre of dance to determine her level. This place is top notch, SUPER classy and inviting all at the same time. This is her 4th year dancing so my wife and I (grandma and Grandpa) we've been to a few of her recitals in town and has performed in a most professional manner. Collective offers more genres than any studio we've ever been to... We also love that there is a strong ballet focus for those who are seeking that in a studio. We've never encountered such professionalism, strong focus on technique while also giving opportunities for all genres of dance! Our granddaughter would probably call it "dance heaven". The instructors are also very encouraging and come from very professional backgrounds - of which shows. They also have four state-of-the-art dance studios (with viewing for parents and grandparents) and even a karate school with two dojo's (Retro Sport Karate) that our Grandson also is a member of and has grown to be a Yellow Belt with notches. We are familiar with Collective's dance achievements after years of competitions, watching their amazing technique, beautiful choreographed dances, and the fact that they always came out on top. It's a drive for us but well worth it! :o) They've welcomed us like family members and our granddaughter and grandson are always looking forward to learn new techniques. Well done Collective Dance Studio! I strongly recommend this studio to any young children to participate and build sound mind, physical strength, grace and team acumen :) :)

Instead they let him cry the whole time he was there, and out of two weeks of going they only picked him up once. I watched on the camera app (which is very grainy and has no sound) and the teachers would literally just ignore him. There's no cameras outside and I had enough of this place when I surprise picked him up and he was sitting outside in the heat next to the door scream crying and no one was paying him any attention. They said he had been crying the whole time. I literally can't believe it. Pick him up! Nurture him! Help him feel safe! Instead they took away his stuffed animal puppy and just let him cry. Sending my 18 month old boy to this place is my biggest regret as a parent so far.

The school emphasizes on building strong leaders and maintaining the "old school" manners I grew up with. The school brought in a more experienced instructor about 5 months ago and he is AWESOME! As parents, we believe in his style of instruction and his expectations from his students. If you are tired of hearing kids these days answer "yeah" and "uh huh" when asked a question, you will love this school for your children and their friends! You should expect to make an investment in your child as this is not a fly by school. We have met the creator and owner of Victory and share his beliefs. We have met children wearing other martial art school shirts and asked about the school and they were mostly after school programs designed to babysit and keep students busy until mom and dad could pick them up. While that is ok, Victory is not that. Mr. Soliz can help you with free classes to try out the program first but you will love it! The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because we need more seating! Haha ;)
