TWICE NOW, she's made the top WAY too dark-who wants their "highlights" darker than the rest of their hair?? Now I'm thinking she's doing that so I'd have to come back and pay more! Also, one time she seriously dropped the bowl of color ON THE FLOOR and scraped it back into the bowl and used it on my hair!! In hindsight, I shouldn't have let her, but she SAID that was all of that color she had...anyway, even my friends have agreed that she colored the top way too dark-not "highlights"....but she wants to charge me AGAIN to fix it when she didn't do what I asked for in the first place-I've always been very clear about what I want!! So now, I'd rather pay more and actually LOVE my hair after leaving the salon, than to hate it and feel totally ripped off by this woman who obviously doesn't know what she's doing-or maybe she does? Oh, and also, might I add, that she has actually asked me to wash my hair BEFORE coming, because that "makes the color hold better"-whoooo wants to wash their hair BEFORE going to a salon??? And I also wanted to add that I've always tipped her well.....it's become obvious to me that she is just trying to make as much money as she can off a client, by not doing as they ask so they'll have to come back, and she'll never make another dime off me‍

They are informed about all the latest trends or ways to hair because they regularly go to classes and training. They also offer facials, manicures, pedicures, eye brows waxing and eye lashes. It's always clean with pretty decor. They have free snacks and drinks. On top of being great at what they do everyday, they go above and beyond with charity work for the community always helping in any way they can! I highly recommend this place and promise you won't be disappointed! They deserve a 10!

The stylist clearly does not know how to cut bangs and how to communicate with her clients. So your going to start cutting my hair and then asked if I wanted it washed? Here is a thought, why not take more then 2 seconds to ask what the client wants and not only ask how much are we taking off today? Also, the staff needs to learn how to dress more professionally and not look like they just rolled out of bed. And its 2019... who the hell doesnt take debit cards and is cash only... no signs in your windows that say cash only and no were on your facebook page does it communicate that. And then you want to tell your customer to walk to the shady gas station next door to use there atm??? I will not be back.
