She said normally it's $55 but they charged an extra $5 for shaping. Huh? I thought shaping the nails was included, I don't like salons that upcharge for every little thing. Then she accidentally charged me $45 for my eyebrows. She couldn't refund my card but gave me $30 back in cash. I left feeling a little annoyed.

The owner stepped in when I refused to put my finger under the gel nail dryer light. I instructed the tech to take the gel polish off of my pinky and replace it with regular polish. I was not going to allow them to torture me with that nail dryer. At this point they both were pretending like they didn't understand English. They didn't even try to accommodate me for my suffering. It's been 2 months and my nail still hasn't grown back. I'm very disappointed.

They were eventually fixed, but only after I brought it up. I'm also not happy with how the flower design turned out. Overall, the set looks sloppy and doesn't reflect the quality I was expecting. I visited the salon on 2.5.26, asked for a pedicure and a manicure. I wanted gel and French tips on…read moreboth. The place was crowded, felt cramped. I didn't like the towels in the window and on the floor. The pedicure technician did an amazing job. The foot soak was warm, she handled my feet with care and was very gentle . She removed the polish and added gel French tips. I had gel on my hands, but it had grown out a bit. The technician looked at my nails and said I didn't need any cuticle work- no manicure. They put foil and remover on my nails, and buffed off the old gel. While waiting to get started, I noticed some cuticle that needed to be removed, the technician David- sighed and looked around like he couldn't do it. Then mentioned- did you want to get a manicure? I said no, can you just remove this hanging piece? I could tell that he was put off by my request- hands on his hips / but he snipped it off for me. He painted , filed and completed my nails. When I got home and had more time, I realized that I didn't like them . They were thick, not smooth- too much polish causing them to bulge at the tips. I returned the next day- explained my concerns and basically was told " it's polish , this is how they should look". After repeating myself a few more times, they agreed to fix the ones that were bad. Their offer to repair wasn't genuine and they didn't offer a refund or a discount. They agreed only after I stated and restated- she literally tried to tell me that they were ok. I told them to just remove them . I was asked to return to David- he said nothing to me the entire time. He removed them and missed a few areas, which I pointed out. He addressed them but he wasn't pleasant- he sighed a let out loud breathing like I was bothering him. My overall experience at this shop wasn't a good one and they need to focus on their customer service skills. If you enlarge the photos, you can see the large build up on the tips. I won't return.

They have a variety of polish available. Some speciality designs may not be able available depending on what you desire. I asked about a design with foil but they weren't able to do it. They suggested the cat eye polish. They had a few colors available. Kevin took his time doing my nails. He was nice and not very talkative. I got a full set with a blue metallic polish and two nails with the cat eye effect. I also got to interact with Linda. She was very personable, helpful, & funny. She did my neice's nails and did a hand painted Christmas design that my neice loved. Overall we were happy about the end product of our nails.
