If you decide to rent here, go in with your eyes wide open. Do not expect maintenance, and if you get maintenance, be prepared to accept whatever you get. Make sure that your apartment meets your standards PRIOR to moving in. And when you move out, don't bother to clean to get your deposit back, you will be wasting your time. read more

How about NEGATIVE stars!!!!EEK!!!!!! Run!!!!!! The most unfriendly, power-tripping, unprofessional , bullying managers I've ever encountered in 40 years. The place is rotting into the ground with smell coming from the plumbing and underneath the sink to make you want to vomit. We asked repeatedly about the smell but got no where. Despite spending many hundreds of dollars the "carcass" smell persists. We ended up paying out of pocket for any repairs needed. God forbid you should ask for a repair, we chose to remain silent about problems so as to not upset "diva-land". The way Jim treated me with his passive-aggressive and SURLY attitude was unbelievable. He not only refused to speak to me but went so far as to ignore my questions and me. They refuse to communicate other than to slap notices on your door in attempts to control and intimidate. I cleaned and sterilized that apartment for 4 hours (Left it 1000 times cleaner than when moving in) They found a cube of butter in butter keeper and declared it was not clean. We had the bathroom floor replaced by a bonded contractor and Jim declared it did not match the trim which is absurd as it matched perfectly. He threw a hissy fit because I was watering the dying rhody and he threatened to remove the hose . And the "Blow and Go" guys?!! Guess where they blow all the dirt from the parking lot??? That's right, right into your apartment through the doors missing their rubber seals.The same guys that take delight in trampling any plants you might be trying to grow around the place. Ask them how many of the residents are relatives???(Have you seen the positive review, I rest my case) Ask them why they think its OK for for residents to display a Trump sticker on the window of apartment right next door to a Mexican family(can you say, intimidation?) Ask them how they can raise the rent from$575 to $975 in less than 4 years. Ask them about their "no cause evictions" which enable them to keep security /cleaning deposits and raise the rent on that stench hole. I feel sorry for anyone stuck living there. I wish I had left way sooner!!!! I will be sending a certified letter to the owners to make them aware. read more

DO NOT RENT HERE! When my mother moved in, the apartment was not ready, was not cleaned, carpets were wavy and they promised they would take care of it. They did nothing while she lived there. When she moved, my brothers and I cleaned that place spotless so she would get her whole deposit back. They kept a "cleaning fee" anyway, citing things I know for a fact were clean because I did them. Stay away from these lying shysters. read more

These are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. Drama central!! They have had 3 sets of managers in less than a year. The insides look like they were painted by three year olds. There is no insulation. No privacy. it takes weeks to get anything acomplished as far as maintenance goes. Parking is assigned but not enforced. Security here is non existent, I have had someone actually crawl in my bedroom window, and things stolen from my porch, by a neighbor and they are still living here. You can't get any peace and quiet. There is no playground for kids so they play in the parking lot and in front of other peoples apartments, they just run amuck. Unfortuately I signed a lease and can't get out of it. I wasn't shown the apartment I rented even. They charge 350.00 for each pet but everyone just sneaks them in and nothing is done. This is a horrible place to live don't waste your time you will be regretting it every second of everyday!! read more
