Talk about a PERSONALIZED experience. Then at check out he told me that if i spent a certain amount, id get $15.00 off of my next purchase, and I was $6.00 short so he helped me find something else to meet that goal. Before shopping at a this store read this!…read more Savannah--district manager Cannon-- manager Ash....Manager (fired for assaulting Hailey (co-Manager) Jessica--HR Hailey was working as a co-manager for over 6 months at journeys location they moved her to collierville location due to high volume theft of over $6k in products! She was managing that location as well as taking shift at her original location causing her to fall asleep behind the wheel of her car causing her to have an accident by working over 80/hrs a week for over a month! When her district mana her finally told her to stay at collierville and get that store to journeys standard they hired a district manager in trainings gf (ash) which at some point started to break things inside the store like a bathroom wall and yell at employees in a very vulgar manner all during work hours even sleeping on the store floor! However she was not fired til she slapped Hailey across the face on day during work hours this was when Hailey filed a police report and told HR about they eventually fired Ash!! A few months later Savannah told Cannon that Hailey was about to get fired but first we are going to demote her but only for $9 an hour, so if she files for unemployment she won't get co-manager pay! After being demoted she got fired 1 day after and Savannah's reasoning for the termination was because Hailey talked about being assaulted by a manager! There was no Nondisclosure form that was signed she has no write ups for her conduct or work ethics maybe because sales of the store were low but she was even with Cannons personal sales numbers and the company even gave cannon a raise!
