That's what I told my husband when I left there. I hadn't been in a few years, but I kept seeing ads of all of the things they carry, so I had to stop in again. So glad I did! It's probably my new favorite shop. So, what do they have that makes this place so wonderful? Everything a girl could want! They carry pottery from Fingerprint, Tab Boren, Etta B, and Crossroads Pottery, just to name a few. They have a fantastic selection of jewelry, including Earth Grace, Brighton, Waxing Poetic, and Kitzi. This is definitely the place to go for monograms, whether its jewelry, cosmetic bags, beach towels or shirts. They have a few super cute tops and dresses, and I believe I even spotted a few pair of shoes. I also noticed a good selection of picture frames and candles. The staff is friendly and helpful, but not overbearing. Everything is reasonably priced for what you're getting. I also got a really good marmalade (raspberries and jalapeno) for a good appetizer with friends. Overall, I always hit this store for nice and unique gifts(usually silver jewelry) and they're always a hit.

Of course, I went in for one item and came out with multiple. The quality of clothes are great. I have been shopping with Ashley Stewart for a long time and most of the pieces I got from them have stayed in tact. They have a really good sale going on (they actually always do which is why I love them). The sales associates were extremely helpful.

THE WORST JCPENNEY EVER!! I bought a necklace from them on January 19th and I accidentally broke my…read morenecklace. I took my necklace to this location for a repair. When I walked in I was not greeted by NOONE. I spoke with someone in the jewelry department she gave me an estimate for a necklace that I purchased from them for $120 she then sent my necklace off for repair. She advised told me my necklace wouldn't be repaired until the repair place called me with an estimate. TWO WEEKS passed I hadn't heard from anyone so I called no answer. I called a week straight no answer. I decided to call the Jcpenney location at the Wolfchase mall spoke with someone she stated she couldn't find information on my necklace and gave me a number to call. I called the number which was to the repair place spoke with another rude representative who stated the associate wasn't suppose to give me their number and that she couldn't speak with me. I then drove Back to Southaven spoke with the jewelry associate who stated my necklace wasn't sent out until a WHOLE WEEK after I dropped it off she stated the repair place was closed and asked me to call her tomorrow. I call the next day and of course they had their phones off stating no one was available. I then drove down there AGAIN spoke with another associate who advised me she would call the repair place the next morning and call and give me an estimate. She was the ONLY ONE who kept her word. BY THEN WE ARE NOW ON WEEK THREE. She calls and advised the repair place stated to repair my necklace it would cost $125 for the repair And cleaning and stated my necklace had a bend in it which was a Lie because I just got the necklace. so I said i just want my necklace fix so I agree to the repair cost. So BOOM this week the SAME ASSOCIATE calls and says my necklace is ready. So I get down there to pick my necklace up I walk in Still wasnt greeted by NOONE the lady looked me in my face and told the other associate See what this lady wants as if she didn't work there. so the lady brings me my necklace it takes THREE Associates to try and check me out because at this time my total is coming to $64.70 so the lady says well the repair place said it was $125 so that's what we have to charge her yet my receipt says $64.70 so the Lady goes into the system and makes a receipt to total $125 after she gave me a different price. I stood there over 40 minutes waiting to be checked out for a necklace they had an Entire MONTH. I will NEVER visit this location again nor will I EVERY BUY JEWELRY FROM JCPENNEY AGAIN.!!!

The day after cyber Monday they only have 2 registers opened in the whole store with a line wrapped…read morearound into multiple sections of the store. We sat in line for 30 minutes and it did not move but only one person and we ended up leaving. We were told all the employees called in this morning, they need to fix this situation and have someone take over their shift. Having check out, pick ups, and returns all in a line that was going to take multiple hours to get through is crazy.
