They will claim that you are welcome to view neighborhood contracts at any time but then will not email them to you and insist that you come to their office where they say you will have 15 minute appointment to view them but are not allowed to take pictures or scan them. They had only been with our community for 3 months before contract was terminated but in that short time they somehow messed up my payments and said I was late when I was actually paid in full for the entire year! I'm still waiting to hear when our basin contract was terminated but Jamie can not recall and Ed did not respond. I can only assume that they have friends and family making up their positive reviews.
