My husband and I were trying to find health insurance that would be better than where my husband…read moreworks. I have so many illnesses and need different doctors to treat me. We had someone from Insurance Masters office, to help sign people up for insurance, stop by our home. We listened and were impressed. They contacted us as to what we needed. With everything, we would have to pay something every month. No problem. I made my first payment and this is where it all fell apart. We got a letter from BCBS that our insurance was cancelled and our money returned. BCBS said that we were the ones that cancelled it. Why would we cancel the insurance! We contacted Insurance Masters and they were checking it out and tried to re-establish it to no avail. During all this time we talked with someone different each time, as well as the manager. They had no clue what to do. Here we are with no insurance! Then when they tried to get us insurance, the price went way up. We couldn't afford it. So we had to just take the free insurance, which doesn't cover enough and makes it cost more for prescriptions and doctor visits. I have had to do without necessary doctors and tests. Insurance Masters didn't help us at all. During talking with them, each person we talked with told us something different each time; what's covered, what they could do for us and finally no communication at all, like they gave up on us. We will never use them again nor recommend them to anyone. Do Not Use them to help you get what you need or for consistent communication.

After what seemedLike twenty+plus minutes of very personal questions (in order to get a Quote, which she said i had to), turns out they ONLY accept clients who purchase all of the other insurances too, Like auto and life, i Guess. i told her that we only needed home insurance in Aiken for our South Carolina home. The lady said she could not help us......... but, then she said they have an affiliate, American Modern, that could represent us for home only, however it turned out that they could not help us afterall, because our home is in A Living Trust. What a waste of time.
