I never felt pressured to buy and I felt like I was only being informed of my options. I ended up buying their premium package which included a one year package, sprays, resprays, traps, and more. The team came out next day to do a full perimeter and interior, remove nests, webs, etc. They wore covers for their shoes when indoors, we're polite, professional, and efficient. All in, they did my 1400sqft home in about 30-40 minutes. Highly recommended.
