Thankfully, someone else needed quarters and I sold a few of them back to that couple. The washer worked well and I had one very full load. Clean clothes and when the spin cycle completed, it was only moist. Fine to put into the dryers. I took two and after 20 minutes, my stuff was dry enough that I was good to go. There is a restroom that was decently clean and a reasonable amount of space for folding. There are some seats where you can watch your stuff and they have some power outlets nearby to keep your phone charged. I would do laundry here again. I emailed Tide Cleaners twice with photos and details and received no response. I escalated the issue to Procter & Gamble corporate and even sent a final follow‑up to their executive consumer relations team. I still received no reply from anyone. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items. Very disappointed in the service and the complete lack of response from both Tide Cleaners and P&G.
