This was not even average quality or good service. I can accept that issues will interfere with day to day routines. How you handle these issues will control your sustainability. It's all about integrity. A couple of examples would be; I take brand new shirts to have the folds steamed out prior to wearing them. On 2 occasions I had gray grease on the collars. When I brought it up it was total denial. I showed them the same grease was on the underside of hook on the hanger. I decided to be cordial and moved on with life. Other times they lost my shirts. They never believe it is their fault or apologize. Very Rude. I will never use or recommend this unprofessional service. There are plenty of other dry cleaning businesses close to this proximity.

I emailed Tide Cleaners twice with photos and details and received no response. I escalated the issue to Procter & Gamble corporate and even sent a final follow‑up to their executive consumer relations team. I still received no reply from anyone. I'm now filing a BBB complaint due to the lack of communication and the cost of replacing and repairing the damaged items. Thankfully, someone else needed quarters and I sold a few of them back to that couple. The washer worked well and I had one very full load. Clean clothes and when the spin cycle completed, it was only moist. Fine to put into the dryers. I took two and after 20 minutes, my stuff was dry enough that I was good to go. There is a restroom that was decently clean and a reasonable amount of space for folding. There are some seats where you can watch your stuff and they have some power outlets nearby to keep your phone charged. I would do laundry here again.
