It's convenient to work and the service is great and they even do alterations. At 5"4 my jeans are always long so it's nice to have a place to get them altered . I had been storing my favorite (expensive) comforter in my attic (kinda climate controlled), in a heavy weight plastic bag (the one I bought it in). I opened the bag and nearly threw away my beautiful (and expensive!) Chaps comforter set... blech! It smelled like nothing I'd ever be able to make right again! My internet search turned up some good reviews for Tide Cleaners at Cyperss Terrace; since the store is on a corner, at a light, has plenty of parking and is across the street from, and practically shares a parking lot with most of the stores I go to on a weekend (groceries, bulk items, etc.... no galavanting these days!), I brought my stinky comforter in. Best decision of 2021! (It was actually January 2nd so the year still has a lot of potential!). The staff were super pleasant, the shop was meticulous and had hand sanitizer readily available. The price was surprisingly affordable and no one tried to up-sell me on disinfectant spray, fabric protector, color preservers, etc. and my set was ready ahead of the scheduled pick up time. I highly recommend Tide Cleaners at Cypress Trace and if you're thinking you want to do business with local folks, you will be! I wonder if they do dogs... I have been using this location for 2 years. Today was ridiculous. Stopped in via drive thru to pick up dry cleaning and sat for over 5 minutes outside the drive up doors. Two workers inside. One on the phone and the other helping someone. After the woman finished with individual she was helping, she took her sweet time SLOWLY loading that previous customers items in laundry bags. They did an amazing job on my suede jacket! I bought it at Goodwill and it smelled, well, like a thrift store. I did everything I could think of to get the smell out but nothing worked. I live in Miami and all my local dry cleaners wanted over $100 to clean it. Crazy! My Dad dropped it off for me at Tide Cleaners and they did an amazing job! Both drop off and pick up was met with unprofessional behavior by the staff. Clothes were not cleaned as instructed. Bottom of pants were wrinkle indicating pants were not pressed. Management needs to observe and check in on staff to ensure they are representing Tide the way they should. read more

The manager is wonderful, let me note that. They started out fabulous, then began hiring from other cleaners (that did poor jobs which is why we don't use their old employers or they went out of business) and the quality of work has decreased greatly. Husbands shirts are all misshaped, asks for no starch and they stand up by themselves, marks that weren't there before, buttons broken, raised patterns flattened, and I have to iron some of them before he can wear which defeats the purpose. They were economical, quick & convenient, but it's starting to get expensive as I'm having to replace his shirts much quicker than ever before. They have attempted to make it right but you can't make one side of a shirt grow 3" longer to match the other side. Love the location and convenience, hoping they start to hire quality people so we can remain there. read more

I've used Tide several times over the past year and I've always had a good experience until recently. I dropped off two Burberry shirts. One of them came back with dirt or something on the shoulder that I had to dust off. I guess it wasn't that big of a deal, but I was somewhat surprised. The other shirt had a few spots on the front of the shirt that when it was treated at Tide, there is now a faded area in the shape of a spray from a squirt bottle. I guess the shirt would've been somewhat wearable with the small stains on it, but now it's completely unwearable. Tide sent me a survey after we received the items back and I indicated that I was unhappy with the service. I received a text message saying that a manager would call me within a couple of days. That's been over a week ago. I won't take anything else back to Tide Dry Cleaners. They've ruined a $150 shirt. read more

I hope the owners of this location pay attention. Last week I tried to drop off a full sized blanket For service and was told they no longer accept blankets comforters etc. I asked when did this change and she told me two weeks ago. She told me I would have to go find a laundromat. So today I returned attempting to drop off three shirts and a pair of pants and again was turned away because there was a car in front of me at drop off and then they closed during my wait. I did not know this so I pulled up and the automatic doors opened. Next I was met by two young women who said no they were closed. I inquired about a drop off bag and they said no we cannot help you there are none. I said I have been here several times can you just accept my clothing I have four pieces and they refused. I next asked for a managers card and they did not want to give it to me saying I would have to just come back. That is of course after I watched her pick one up but decide not to give me one. Finally I asked for the card again, the one she just put back would be fine and she reluctantly gave it to me. Jocelyn is listed as the GM on it. Hey, I get that we all need to close but when you've got two employees who are just standing there turning away business you might want to make some changes. The amount of time they spent trying to avoid giving me a business card they could have simply checked in my drop off. read more

Very nice, clean, professional dry cleaners. I've had several suits and clothes dry cleaned here but the only caveat I'd offer is that they do not do alterations and say so. They send the work out to someone in Naples, so I wouldn't go there for alterations (or anywhere else locally from past experiences, which is another story). But for a local dry cleaners they are probably the best if not one of the best insofar as that it is clean, the employees are polite and respectful and actually notice you, they have free bottled water and chocolate for you when you enter, and have 24 hr pick up or drop off as well. read more

Never thought I would review a dry cleaners, but I love this place! Excellent, friendly customer service. They have valet service so you never have to get out of you car which is nice when it's raining (which is always right now). After hours pick up available in the form of a kind of " clothes ATM". They always offer a bottle of water or candy from their bowl or free Tide samples. Oh, also free minor repairs. Especially nice for me when sewing a button on is sometimes a challenge. read more

This cleaner has some of the nicest attendants that I've experienced. Their one day service and pick-up system after hours is great. However, I will not be using them anymore. In the past year, I've experience lost clothing twice; numerous notices that they couldn't remove spots where other cleaners could & did; and now they have ruined a pair of my shorts stating that the streaks were already there and they were due to the fabric being worn out. The shorts are less than 5 months old and one of 13 pair of shorts that I wear. I'm tired of arguing over their mistakes and fighting for compensation. read more

I recently started using Tide, after using another company for years that I was happy with, but just took too long. Not only did they not get out stains/marks on my dress shirt, but every shirt came back with marks on that they didn't have when I got in. Despite their advertising how great they are a getitng stains, out, from my experience they don't even get the most basic stains out - stains that my prior cleaners never had a problem getting out (and they were/are HALF the price of Tide). When I questioned the attendant at Tide about why they didn't get the marks out, she just said, "we do the best we can", so I quit using any dry cleaners and can get all the marks out myself, just using normal clothes washing soap (not even stain remover), and save both time and money. I would never use Tide again; for, while they're "quick", they not only couldn't get out basic stains, they came back with stains they didn't have when I took them in. And, no matter how many times and/or at what strength of starch I required, they never came back with any starch at all. I do a far better job by myself at home, save a ton of money and time. read more

I've tried a lot of dry cleaners in SW Florida, but Tide is hands down the best. Very few dry cleaners have in house cleaning and instead send the dry cleaning out, but Tide does it all in house. You can even pick up and drop off after hours via a kiosk. The store is clean and employees are friendly and courteous. Could not recommend more. read more

WARNING: For one who spends a couple hundred dollars a week in dry cleaning I expect there to be no "misplaced" items for over two weeks, damaged items(plural) or unauthorized charges to my credit card on file exceeding $235! This is by far the worst place I have ever been too. I stupidly gave these people plenty of chances too. Honestly, I don't know how they're still in business treating their top-paying customers as they did to me. Just be prepared to kiss your clothes goodbye if you dare to bring them here. Over the span of four months I went through absolute hell at this Tide franchise location. The first incident they bled the colors on my brand-NWT Calvin Dress dress. This wouldn't have been a problem since the tags were attached when I dropped it off. When I received the dress back completely unsalvageable without explanation nearly two and a half WEEKS later it was the first time the manager was available to speak to me as I was pretty irate. An apology is great but I was still out of a couple hundred dollar dress with ZERO compensation. Stupidity I continued to go back here b/c this location was convenient for me. It was not even a month later they ripped my $200 Alice & Olivia shorts by putting safety pins through the material to hang them to the wire/paper hanger. I was in a hurry this day so I didn't inspect my shorts until after I had paid. Without ever leaving the store I confronted the girl at the front counter. She then took my shorts out of my hand and left my sight for no longer than a few seconds when she returned and said to me, "I never seen these before. You got these done somewhere else." (In broken English) This was no joke. Neither was the $235.42 of unauthorized charges they tacked onto my credit card on file. Since this transpired last summer 2017 I have been using the little old mans dry cleaning place in the San Carlos plaza which I highly recommend! read more

I had a ladies tee shirt with a hand painted design which had a "deep" stain which I could not remove. I went on line to try and find a clothes cleaner which would tackle my problem. The Tide website was the only one that specifically listed their service of addressing stained items so I made my first trip to see what they could do. I explained my problem to the manager, Alejandra; she immediately noted the hand painting on the top and was totally forthright telling me that the regular cleaning method could possibly damage the garment and that it would require a hand (blotting) method instead. She said "I can't guarantee we can get the spots out but we'll try our best" and that the tee shirt could be ready in two days. I returned for the garment...kind of expecting that the spots may be lighter but not gone. "Wow!" Not the faintest hint of any spot! Immaculate. And the shirt was beautifully ironed and hung and wrapped to go. Yes, this was a five star experience. (And I really appreciated the Alejandra's honesty). I'm so glad to have a go-to business that I can highly recommend to friends. read more

i almost gave up in dry cleaning until i came here. i never thought i would be writing a review about a dry cleaners.this place is the best. you pull up (valet... yes!) they are already standing there waiting for you (no waiting for them). they open your door hang your dry cleaning in the back, if that is what you prefer. they ask you if you want a bottle of water "with a smile" yes a big smile! they give you a quality laundry bag (actually two bags to rotate) so you can drop off your dry cleaning off hours. your name is on a label on the bag so they know exactly whos dry cleaning it is. they have a large (i guess you call it "off hour" valet machine) you can get your dry cleaning by entering your information in a kiosk and your dry cleaning comes out (also at the drive through)! no i do not work for tide and do not know anyone that owns a tide dry cleaning. this place is the best! tide you have it all covered, great job! oh... and they are very polite and helpful! read more
