requested on appeal of the fradulent citation typed against me by a nasty rude deputy kennedy.the nasty rude pregilist michael brown hearing officer refused to wait for the desk camera i payed $15 for no blasted remorse on how many times i visted that stupid court house to set a court date as well.the officer was no where to be found at all on 0317/21.trial was reset for 04/14/21 still no vehicle dash cam video for trial.then i of to wait another 4hrs from 1:30pm to hear garbage that he is not dismissing the fradulent ticket that was created by his partner in crime kennedy.up to now no information of his boss over him that this rude incompetent idiot michael brown reports to.he went ahead and refused to adhere to the facts that the so call deputy was bare faced lying.no respect was given to the facts and evidence i provided .this incompetent hearing officer michael brown,refused to wait and make sure the dash car cam video was entered into evidence as requested from 03/04/21, by sarah that states thats the only way it can be used in the trial.this incompetent so call hearing officer michael brown decided to come up with a conclusion for me to pay money after the entire fraudulent ticket created by one of his partner in crime he know name deputy kennedy that should be dismissed.micheal brown refused to listen to the facts and evidence about the case presented to him.further more the liard deputy kennedy stated i was traveling in the left lane going north on the i75 which i was not in no left lane.the nasty rude disgusted stuff headed so call hearing officer micheal brown refuse to listen keenly to the false statement the deputy kennedy gave.he claimed he was using naked eye, visual speed measurements yet the judge leading him by asking him if it was both visible and radar used.this was very unprofessional and putting words in the officer mouth.i never came across anyone that i dispised and they both was a total disgrace to the criminal justice system and what it stands for.michael brown should not be a hearing officer at all.he refused to analyze the facts, evidence that was infront of him.not to mention that the cop stated he was using visual naked eye to calculate the speed measurement and not no radar.the radar statement he used and decided to type up at last minute to used for the hearing was very much unjustifiable and was never entered into evidence prior to trial either.this is a urge dishonesty and unfairness.same way they advise me on 030421 that the dash video cam from the vehicle requested of to be entered into evidence way prior to the hearing.this disgusting rude and unprofessional michael brown so call hearing officer allowed the tampered so call fraudulent exhibit to make a unjustifiable decision of stating i was going 91 and i must pay a fine plus court cost.this is very much a big disgrace to the policies that are set to follow by every judge.this micheal brown refused to follow the policies and statues set forth for dismissing fraud inaccuracies created by a rude nasty deputy kennedy that swear he was above the law.i requested michael brown boss over him information to make a report and he disconnected the zoom on me.very disrespectful, very nasty and a urge disgrace to the collier county administration.he defiantly need coaching and need to step down off the bench. total disgrace and waste of people hard earned tax money going to waste.i will never buy a house in collier county.you all got a pregilist nasty red neck in house who is wasting hard working people tax money.replace this incompetent michael brown off the bench asap. read more

Absolutely terrible court system! It's actually a big joke!! No court reporters anymore, (unless the plaintiff has extra 1000's laying around) no live courts because COVID (my ass, everything is OPEN!) Which means, it's not recorded!?!? Since when in a court in USA, is it NOT recorded?? That's messed up. If your a normal blue collar worker, your not worth shit, time or anything to this county! All about $$$$$ here..Naples, should have known. This is a warning to all citizens the Collier County Courthouse is corrupt! If at all possible stay away from the Collier County Courthouse .Simply defined it is organized crime. My 87-year-old father whose only crime is growing old , having an estate, and living in Collier County Florida was extorted by members of the court / 6 months later he is out $100,000 his self-worth and my nine-year-old son has panic attacks at the thought of the Guardianship police coming to take his grandfather again.
