We sent in our docs with no problem and got calls the same day with the amount we would be getting back which seemed weird since we were getting back way more than we usually do. Long story short my mom got audited and now they aren't returning any of our calls and they also said the fee that would be taken out was $449 but t's actually a whole $700 they charged us both! This man ordered awards from my company and then later disputed the charges saying he never received them, I got curious and looked him up. him and his wife where federally charged in stealing more than 1.3 million dollars in covid money and cost the feds 3.8 million dollars in losses .
