Waiting for a date to be put on the headstone and grass to be planted. And the headstone to be filled in around it. On four separate occasions. Went to today to see if they had been taken care of. You guessed it still not done.

My mother purchased her final resting place at this place to be close to 2 of her sisters who had already passed, she paid for everything in 2004. When my sister and I went to meet with the funeral home the director their told us the cemetery needed us to meet with them at 1030 the next morning. Well we got there and this lady was a grieving families worst nightmare. She was very rude and uncaring and told us she had overslept and had just gotten there because she had been shopping the night before and had gotten sick because she said of her having to wear her mask. She then about hald assed put on her mask at her desk. When we questioned her about why we were there she told us we owed $210. Which had to be paid right then or they couldny open and close moms grave. She said the money was an installment fee because mom had purchased her vault from the funeral home instead of the. She unprofessionally told me and my sister that we shouldn't be questioning her and went on and on about that. The grave digger came in and I truly believe he was stoned or drunk or something like that. Finally we go out to see moms site and to see her grave marker she purchased all thoes years ago and it was in the wrong place. They had it over top of another grave and this same lady continued to run her mouth trying to explain away mistakes. If mom hadn't already paid them my sis and I would have taken her somewhere else. Finally the graveside service. The plot was on a down hill slope. They used a tent with holes in it the chairs we placed on an angle to which if you sat in them they would role you backwards down the hill moms marker was moved to whete it should have been but was covered in mud. It was pure anguish for a grieving family. I give this place a negative 100 and wouldnt take a dead cat there for burial. Unprofessional uncaring and unethical.

My sister Vicky recommended them & praise God she did! From day one they treated Ollie as sweetly & gently as I could've possibly hoped for. They kept in touch throughout the entire process, from the moment they picked him up from the ER to the process itself. My BabyBoy is now in a beautiful cherrywood box w/his picture & name engraved (plus a perfect paw print). He will be with me forever now & I get comfort from that. I would never take my fur baby anywhere else. Their compassion went above & beyond.

Mr. Clark was so kind and I will be forever grateful for his care during this very difficult time. I used the cremation services at Henson and Kitchen and would recommend this service without hesitation. Mr. Clark picked up my loved one at the veterinarian's office and provided frequent telephone calls to keep me updated on the cremation process. He did a wonderful job with Pepper's little paw print which came out in the shape of a heart. It is never easy to lose a precious pet but he did make this process easier. Thank you for your kindness.

I clearly understand why most families in the area use this funeral home. Ralph Richards took care of my father many years ago and I wouldn't go anywhere but James. And, the value is exceptional.

Magically, they were there the very next day. I guess these small-town folks thinks us out of towners can't possibly remember that many flowers. Oh, and their proof is the cards that were on the arrangements were handed to our family members, YET when our family found the lost flowers at the grave the next day, they were still on the flowers. The problem was we didn't know until the Saturday evening before hand where the services were and that's too late to order flowers through their fancy site. When I called on Sunday to ask about local florists, I was kind of shocked with how little they knew about where to get them. They didn't even know about their OWN floral services, which means they're in it for the money rather than the duty to their clients.
