He explained he had a new secretary in training and she did not know that his office does, indeed, offer consultations regarding probate and estate matters to MetLife Legal Plan clients. He offered his services, but I had already consulted with a different attorney and got all my questions answered. Jack and his team did a great job in transferring my parents home which was still in my grandparents name, down multiple generations and into a trust for me and my siblings all before the new prop 19 law took effect and impacting our property tax benefits under prop 13.
