This is one of our regular spots. Everything I've ordered here has been wonderful. If you like southern food, this is a place to try.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Fun little restaurant![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I popped in for a quick lunch and ordered a Mary Beth salad with added pulled pork. It was the perfect blend of salad, black beans, baked potato chunks and pulled pork. Very filling!

I normally dislike bbq but coming here has changed my opinion. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Immediately you are greeted with warm friendly staff and tasteful music.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We all enjoyed our meals that came out rather quickly and if we weren't from out of town this would be our new favorite for family dinner night out!

If you are looking for a restaurant to book your next event Collins River BBQ is your place! We had our sons rehearsal dinner in the party room upstairs. The Owner Mr. Jim and the entire staff went above and beyond to meet every need and request. Our menu for the event was buffet style (2 meats, 3 sides and beverages) for 50+ people. The food was served hot and fresh. The entire buffet was absolutely delicious. Thank You Collins River BBQ for an amazing experience! Would recommend 1000%!

From ca. we found this place driving from Nashville to Chattanooga. It was slightly off the path but I'm so glad we went! The ribs are an A+. The Mac and cheese was also a favorite. There's a spice that I couldn't put my finger on but it went great with the Mac . The cobbler is a must!!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Good food, good atmosphere, and good service in downtown McMinnville[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. Our host called it Macminnvull. She was a super sweet lady and they all work together as a team. 3 different people making sure our drinks were full. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

Food was just ok, not a lot of flavor and brisket was not very tender. Order was incorrect. My husband did like the bbq wrap.

Good/Great service. The portion size is large enough for a man. Ribs, pulled pork, and brisket are tasty.

Milk & Honey absolutely lived up to the hype. We went for breakfast, and despite the fact that they…read moredon't take reservations, we didn't have to wait at all which already felt like a small miracle. Our server Katie was fantastic. Since it was our first visit and everything on the menu spoke to us, she helped steer us in the right direction. I ended up ordering the pistachio croissant, and honestly... I'd go back for that alone. It was warm, huge by croissant standards, and absolutely heavenly. I even grabbed another one to take home because Future Me deserved a little happiness too. We also tried the raspberry lemon danish, which was a delicious combo, but the pistachio croissant stole the show without breaking a sweat. We started with the poutine, and while it wasn't the traditional version I've had before, it was incredible. Instead of cheese curds blocks, it came with pulled pork and melted cheese, and somehow it just worked. Comfort food with a little Southern flair. For breakfast, we had the ham and cheese omelet with breakfast potatoes. It was exactly what you want it to be--classic, satisfying, and impossible to regret if that's your usual order. I also tried the Liquid Gold juice. Their juice selection is impressive, but I may have accidentally found my forever order on the first try. It was so refreshing, with just a hint of ginger. For a hot drink, I highly recommend the London fog. I'm not usually a tea fan but if you don't want coffee, this is an excellent option. Before we left, we picked up some of their salted caramels to go, and they make the perfect little gift... assuming you have enough self-control not to eat them all in the car. The vibe here is upscale southern diner. One of the signs on the wall said, "All are welcome, but you need to act right," and honestly, that's the kind of life advice we could all use. I also really appreciated that parking was free. In Chattanooga these days it's hard finding a place where you don't have to scan a QR code, download an app, and pay to park just to eat. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Milk & Honey is absolutely worth a visit...and if you're debating the pistachio croissant, stop debating and just order it. Your only regret will be not getting a second one.
