Okay, so this is a review of a Laundromat - not going to lie, but I never thought I'd ever review…read moresomething as lame as this, however, their service today prompted me to pull out the keyboard for this wonderful gem. I drive significantly further to get to this laundromat than any person ever should, however, as I said, their service is what got me. The building is clean, they have a TON of over-sized washers and plenty of regular double load machines as well. They are all new, stainless steel, front-load machines and all of the dryers work - unlike the 3 laundromat's closer to where I'm living for the summer. What prompted this review today was the kindness displayed by one of their employees. Not only was she doing a great job of sweeping the floor, helping no less than 4 older gentlemen figure out the washers (just in the time I was there doing a load) but she went above and beyond for a young mother. This lady was doing a fair amount of laundry and was holding her very young son in her arms as she attempted to load her laundry into three dryers. The attendant didn't skip a beat bustling over and immediately offered to help the woman by "giving her a few minutes of free babysitting." I was floored. I have never seen such kindness in a laundromat - i guess I just haven't been going to the right ones until now.

We stood back and was looking at the wash machine between the rubber, and the wash machine almost came out. It was swimming through the clothes. We told the lady that was there. She tried to stop the machine and she couldn't stop the machine when she stopped the machine. There was a baby mouse inside of it, I spoke to the manager at this time. He said oh you must've brought it from home. There's mice running all over the floor there we had just noticed it after behind the wash machine in the bathroom and there's tons of rodent turds in the bathroom behind the toilet and by the sink do not go nasty place. They do not care they do not help the staff member that works nights there very wonderful lady. She did try to help but the rest of the staff do not go there very nasty. The washers sometimes don't fully wash the clothes and will leave detergent on the clothes. Also on occasion the dryers won't stay on for as long as they are suppose to. This place isn't worth the hassle.

We've been to a lot of laundry mats, this is one of the better ones. Amy the attendant is very helpful & friendly, we looked forward to seeing her each time. This laundromat was great in the beginning under the new management, but has gone very much…read moredownhill. Now early in the morning and later afternoons/nights there are homeless people there, sleeping on benches and window sills. Three weeks in a row it has not been safe and people are there loitering who are clearly drunk and high, bothering those trying to simply dry clothes. Many customers including me do not feel safe and will no longer visit. Management has been told and nothing is being done. Sad to see that this business is being taken over by the homeless community.
