We stood back and was looking at the wash machine between the rubber, and the wash machine almost came out. It was swimming through the clothes. We told the lady that was there. She tried to stop the machine and she couldn't stop the machine when she stopped the machine. There was a baby mouse inside of it, I spoke to the manager at this time. He said oh you must've brought it from home. There's mice running all over the floor there we had just noticed it after behind the wash machine in the bathroom and there's tons of rodent turds in the bathroom behind the toilet and by the sink do not go nasty place. They do not care they do not help the staff member that works nights there very wonderful lady. She did try to help but the rest of the staff do not go there very nasty. I'm gonna put up a picture of the mice and the washing machine. Do not go there.

The washers sometimes don't fully wash the clothes and will leave detergent on the clothes. Also on occasion the dryers won't stay on for as long as they are suppose to. This place isn't worth the hassle.

We've been to a lot of laundry mats, this is one of the better ones. Amy the attendant is very helpful & friendly, we looked forward to seeing her each time. It's a benefit to find someone who likes their work! Amy is an asset to this business!

Yesterday I was on my medical mobility 4…read morewheel scooter trying to get from the short parking area into the laundromat but the only way in was far off where a small (about 2 feet wide) slope of asphalt met that platform into the facility. OUTRAGEOUS that the owner did not provide that for those of us in need of such. Additionally, NO PRICES on any of the machines!!! I found two machines that had the price on its digital display, no signs anywhere either. I asked one customer who showed me the machine she used that did display the price but as for the others she said she didn't know. No one one staff to ask and every time I call no one live ever answers the phone but you can leave a voicemail. It took "Kevin" two days to finally call me back when I called a couple weeks ago to ask about their pick up service that they claim to offer in our area-I live about 5 blocks away and am physically disabled. He was reluctant to do a pick up and asked if I "couldn't drop it off". I ACTUALLY HAD to tell him that I am disabled and elderly and only use a medical mobility scooter to get around as I do not drive. His response?: "Gotcha." He told me what it would cost for my articles to be washed and I told him I would call him back. Yesterday I was well enough to ride my medical mobility scooter over there and the rest you already read. The place was clean, a few machines out of order but with many available it appeared-just that you have to guess at how much they are!
