At any given time, 1/3rd of the washers are out of service. The only bright spot are the nice employees who do the wash and fold, but it's best to come when they aren't here because they tie up many of the machines that aren't out of service.

This was the nicest and cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with clean, comfortable seating and lots of folding tables. I normally get my suits cleaned here with no concerns. This week my very very expensive 2-week old…read morewoven cashmere shirt from Scotland came back to me with a hole in the armpit after I asked them to be very careful with it. It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.
