I normally get my suits cleaned here with no concerns. This week my very very expensive 2-week old woven cashmere shirt from Scotland came back to me with a hole in the armpit after I asked them to be very careful with it. It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits. read more

My daughter brought 3 dresses into have cleaned prior to her move. The total was 86.00. When she got home she found that the stains were still there. Upon her return the girl working told her there were no guarantees which is understandable, what wasn't acceptable was that no note was left letting my daughter know that they were unsuccessful as in, they most likely never looked since I took a tide stick and removed a stain from one of the three dresses. It's very upsetting when you pay a lot of money and aren't told that they were unsuccessful. No compensation, no help. Very disappointing. read more

They're listing on my iPhone maps said 6:30 pm. I got there at 6:03 pm and knocked and 2 girls ignored me as they walked by. I called and they answered at 6:04 and I said can I just drop off two things because I drove here, and it was 3 minutes after when I got there, and they said "no we cannot take any more drop offs for the day." RE LAUNDROMAT ONLY - When my trip was extended, I sought a place to wash and dry my clothes to carry me through. In fact, I went twice last week. I have never had to use a laundromat (although I briefly worked at one a million years ago) so I had some trepidation but I was pleasantly surprised. The place was vintage, so no "wow" factor, but the young woman behind the counter was nice, helpful, and informative. As I watched her fold a "wash and fold" order I thought "dang . . . she's careful and caring". The price seemed a bit high and having to deal with $20 worth of quarters was annoying, but c'est la vie. The washers and dryers were clean and did the job. What more could I ask for? Parking was easy and close for loading and unloading, TV was large and new, there is a restroom that's clean, plus change and soap are available. There are chairs, tables for folding, and rolling baskets. The machines have timers so you know when to return if you run out. I didn't have the need but there are large and super large capacity machines. I was more comfortable with a place that is manned. I'd return. Refreshing. read more

The attendant kick us out with close still in the dryer on Saturday night. I came at 723 pm website said last wash at 830 pm she started yelling she have to get home to get kid mind you she never said we couldn't wash clothes when we came .She was very loud and nasty I have it all on video which I plan on showing the owner which I asked her for number and she stated the number on the website is how I have to reach him and also she stated don't come here if you have a problem with the dryers.Very rude and nasty I will no longer go there again I never knew you could be kicked out with money still in dryers. read more

I am not a frequent laundromat visitor. I mostly use it for large items such as comforters, blankets, mattress pads, sleeping bags, etc. Bayview Cleaners and Laundromat is a perfect place for that. They have several large washers and driers - I never had to wait whether it was on a busy weekend or in the middle of the week. The facility is clean, well-run and staffed with an attendant at all times. If I choose to wait for my laundry, there is a free WiFi, comfortable chairs and a large TV. Sometimes I take advantage of having Wegmans right across the street and do my grocery shopping while my laundry is being done. Another convenient feature that I enjoy when in a time crunch is the clothes drop off. I don't even have to get out of the car! read more

Have used them on and off for many years, great for the larger items that need washing with their very-large washing machines that a standard machine at home could never handle. Coin-operated washers and dryers work well, just a tad expensive but an expected cost for a laundromat. Decent environment, wide screen TV, I believe wifi access, never have to wait to use the machines (or only very minimally I think on one occasion in a dozen), personnel are friendly, bathroom is decent. Building is old but it is as reasonably clean and well-kept as an old building can be. Wouldn't go anywhere else, used to where the machines are and I get done what needs to be done. read more

Been using laundromats for about 14 years. In two weeks we're moving into our first place with laundry in that time, and we have had terrible luck with laundromats until today. Leave it to us to finally find the best laundromat in the area just in time to no longer need one. Clean, attended, tons of machines and dryers, free WiFi, nice tv with Food Network on, and did I mention CLEAN? Drive if you have to, it's worth it to do laundry in peace. Dry cleaning is okay but the store in Penfield wreaks of second hand smoke and I don't want my clothes to smell. Won't be back. 10/30 FYI had to pick up a few leftover items at this location and smoke smell had been eliminated, new employee behind the register. I have been taking my dry cleaning to the main Julian store on Ridge Road for years. This store makes it so convenient to drop of my dry cleaning. The service is great and it saves me a trip to Ridge road. This laundromat as others have said is well maintained and clean. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE. My husband and I are new homeowners with no washer or dryer yet. Using yelp we found bayview, they have fantastic costumer service. We can in with 60 pounds of laundry and it was done by dinner time the same day. Renee at the counter is such a doll. The clothes are all fresh and well hung.
