MONEY-HUNGRY GREEDY MGMT, INHUMANE LIVING CONDITIONS!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND RENT ELSEWHERE!!!!…read moreWe moved into Park Square in November 2018 and loved living there for a few years. It was brand new and always clean, the Management and staff were super friendly and helpful, and there were community events every month! But with the change in Management 2-3 years back, it's become a terrible place to live. The Management team only cares about the bottom line, and will stop at nothing to get as much money from you as they can. The constant shortage of parking spaces at the complex creates daily issues for both guests and residents, and they'll have your car towed instantly without even a warning (I know from experience, unfortunately). Instead of offering solutions (like giving more tenured residents a reserved parking space at a discounted rate), they seem to ignore the issue and just accept it as a way of living at the complex. (It's not their problem unless you pay extra for a reserved spot each month). I've watched my parent's dog about 3-4 different times a year as they were away on vacation, and each time, Management consistently argued I should be subject to the pet fee and monthly pet rent, or else I'd be breaching the Lease contract. (Again, another money grab to get the most money as possible out of their residents). What once was a clean and luxurious complex has become disgusting and sad due to Management's negligence and inaction. Dog owners consistently leave feces within the hallways. There's a constant smell of marijuana in building 3000 every day. Car break-ins were happening in broad daylight. Public amenities like the fire pits are always broken and unusable. Management does nothing about these issues besides sending a vague email to all residents which never solves these problems. But all these problems pale in comparison to the inhumane living conditions we were living in - Building 3000 has a persistent mice infestation that we experienced on a daily basis from January 2025 through our move-out date in May 2025. After informing the Management team in February 2025, their only solution was to bring in their "pest control vendor" to put more traps down in hopes to resolve the issue (something we've already been doing for the past month with no success). The severity and prolonged nature of the infestation made it so bad that we ultimately decided to leave and find better living conditions for ourselves and our two-year-old daughter. Despite the health risks and poor living conditions, the Property Management team and Leasing Office never offered alternative solutions, condolences or compensation of any type during or after our stay. We thought the nightmare was over after moving out in May 2025, but this past week (5+ months later), we received a notice from a debt collection agency on behalf of Park Square to collect a $200 "additional balance due" to cover cleaning costs (something they verbally agreed to cover due to the mice infestation). You read that right - $200! They'll stop at nothing to get every penny from you, and they don't care about the residents at all or improving quality of life at the complex. Whatever you do, avoid renting from Park Square. Also, if you're aware of a strong legal/counsel practice in the area with experience in these scenarios, please contact me privately as I look to pursue legal action.

We recently toured the community with some friends who are moving to the area and were so impressed. We did have to self-tour and that was different from the usual experience but it was nice to explore on our own without the pressure of a salesman working on commission. We live in CO, but I swear if we ever think about moving to PA, this would be a place that we would gravitate towards. Nice job management!

The building itself looks like it was built in the 70s and they've been making upgrades to the individual apartments but because the foundation is so old and needs a face lift itself, it takes away from the "upgraded apartments." The apartments start at a minimum $2,000. Even for the old rinky dink 1997 brown cabinets. Yes they were a thing the year that I was born but it's really time for PA to stop selling outdated apartments at an overpriced rate and just do away with them. Maybe it's because I'm from NY where yeah you're paying an arm and a leg for rent but no one would dare sell you an apartment that was last renovated the year that I was born. The amenities are awesome but the price for these apartments are outrageous. You could get a more modern, luxurious apartment with the same amenities, if not better at the KOP Town Center. If you're looking for a luxury apartment with luxury amenities than maybe look at the Town Center. If you don't mind paying 2,400 for an overpriced "upgraded" apartment that still feels old, then this is your place to be. They do have great amenities and a door man but for the price that you're paying, you're better off going to The Ave and Omnia in the KOP town center

It…read morestarted off poorly with a broken elevator that remained out of order for almost six months, making our move-in process very difficult. (I even had surgery in this time and had to climb 6 sets of stairs after returning from the hospital.) When we finally moved in, we discovered that our AC unit had no compressor, despite multiple complaints and work orders that were ignored, We only learned about this issue after repeatedly pressing the management. We were left to swelter in a heat wave our unit reaching above 84 degrees. The solution? Two window units... The most alarming incident occurred when my apartment flooded due to an Ansul system malfunction, causing significant damage and leaving my apartment uninhabitable for four months. The temporary apartment they provided had three separate leaks, including one where water cascaded from the circuit breaker. By the end we had lost just about every piece of furniture we owned. And we weren't the only ones. Several of our neighbors experienced the same. Management is a joke. It takes them ages to answer emails, they almost never answer the phone. I had to beg them to answer the emails and phone calls from my insurance adjuster so we could begin to recoup the loss we incurred which was nearly 10grand. But they have lots of time to fire off unnecessary emails and plan ridiculous community parties while the complex literally crumbles around the residents. Overall, maintenance was unresponsive, there was constant noise and construction, and I felt that the entire plumbing system was a ticking time bomb. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this place. They claim to be luxury but everything is poorly constructed and badly maintained. I wish I could give less than one star truly.

Strangers have been found wandering the halls, checking apartment doors to see if they're unlocked, posing as salesmen.. police were called by multiple tenants, management was notified and months later (now MARCH 2024) the DOORS ARE STILL BROKEN and unlocked!! How is a broken door not fixed immediately??? Obviously, management does not care about the safety of tenants nor upkeep of the facilities (just take a look at the disgustingly dirty carpets in every hallway). Avoid.
