She was amazing with my girls. They warm up quickly with the right person and Cassie is just that. She knows exactly what to say and how to say it to make you feel comfortable. She has the perfect ideas and captures them so quickly. I warned her before we shot that we were NOT very good picture takers and didn't have a clue on how to pose. Cassie never made us feel silly for that and definitely helped us capture those moments. It was so hard to choose from all of them that we ordered more than our package included, which was already 15 pictures (color and black and white). She was quick with her sneak peak and even quicker with the whole album. She was clear about how long it would take from start to finish (once the pictures were taken). This process took about 30 second from leaving the location for sneak peak and about a day or so to see the whole album. I took forever deciding which ones we wanted but I'd say all in all maybe 3 days from picture taking to having edited pictures. Dad is deployed and that made it hard to want to take these pictures but between Cassie's wonderful and patient personality and the weather cooperating perfectly, we were able to come out with some of the most fantastic pictures! Before we even left the shoot, we set up deployment homecoming pictures. AND, she doesn't know it yet, she'll be doing newborn/family pictures once baby brother is born! Best. Photos. Ever…read more I've done shoots with several photographers for sorority shoots, prom shoots, and graduation shoots but my professional headshots done by Jeffrey were the best by far. Technical Expertise Jeffrey has an entire range of different lenses suited for different photography categories such as headshots or landscapes. The one he used for my headshot blurred out the background into a soft blur, making the focus of the photo me, which was perfect for my use for the photos as professional headshots. Photography Tips I also got a ton of tips on what to do to ensure the photos came out amazing (for example, what color outfits would show up best in the photo, how to pose - perfect if you're super awkward like me and have no idea where to put your hands when taking a photo). Best Customer Service I felt like the prior photographers I had tended to rush the shoots and didn't really pay attention to what I told them I wanted the photos to come out like...thankfully there was none of that with Jeffrey!
