I made an appointment for a rapid covid test to be performed by pharmacy staff and it's now 45 minutes after checking in for my scheduled appointment that I've been sitting here without my name being called. I get that they're busy but that's just ridiculous... when you make an appointment, it shouldn't take an hour after that appointment before being assisted. I'm about to get up and leave now and will get a rapid covid test that I do at home myself instead. My patience is gone.

I always have a good experience when coming to this location. I don't shop at Walgreen's often so…read morewhen I do I usually have to ask for help finding something. I seem to always go in there when a particular employee is working, Serenity is what her name tag said I believe, and she is just the most helpful person. She always stops what she's working on to take me right to the product I asked about and even gives me several different options to consider if they are available. I stopped in last night to pick up some soda and an online order from the photo department and I wasn't disappointed. She helped me locate their packs of soda and assisted in getting the photo order. The photo order itself was for a collage of photos I had designed and uploaded to have printed on a wood panel 8 X 10. It turned out even better than expected, extremely high quality on the photos even though the photo resolution wasn't that great to begin with, and with the coupon I found online it was only $12. Plus, I placed the order at about 4 pm and it was ready to go when I arrived at 8 pm the same day. Well worth the money and I will be using that service again in the future. So, overall this is a great location. Very clean, well stocked, hasn't been super busy any time I've been in there, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work!!

Sure enough: I paid $40 for the same item I could have gotten for $27 at Walmart.) When I went the next day to return the shoulder brace because it didn't fit properly, they said--you guessed it--they would give me STORE CREDIT. The store manager said that, because I paid store credit for part of my last purchase, I would have to take store credit for this return. "Nothing I can do about it," was all he could say, even though my CREDIT CARD paid for the item I wanted refunded. Take your store credits and your overpriced items and SHOVE IT.

The items include cleaning supplies, other necessities, of course prescription medications, OTC medications, and food. Please check your local Walgreens for details. This was my first trip and I 10/10 recommend. I drove up and the friendly pharmacy employee took my order of potato chips and ice cream sandwiches. He said he'd check their selection. Minutes later he appeared with my order and my girl was ecstatic. Week made. I paid and was out of there in less than 2 shakes of a lambs tail. If you need a few things, I highly recommend Walgreens drive thru for convenience and the sake of public health during this virus lockdown.
