Unfortunatley for me, I was directed to store #12483, located at 932 Caldwell Blvd., for the return of an online purchase unrelated to Walgreens. They ship Fed Ex at this location, or so they tell me. From the moment I walked in, I realized the staff was unenthusiatic, uninspired and had no customer service skills. There is a glacier in Alaska that moves faster than the staff at this store. When the staff saw me carrying in a couple of disk brake rotors, each boxed seperately and securely- they started groaning. Literally complaining out loud, immediately. They obviously were not wanting to do their job in any way that might require a little bit of effort. They immediately started telling me the boxes are too heavy, they have a 30 pound weight limit. I said OK, where is your scale? Let's weight them. Nope, the lady who might have been a manager of some sort said that they are rejecting the shipment and they don't need to weigh them in order to do so. When I later shipped them through the UPS Store, each box weighed 26.4 pounds, so they were not overweight at all. This store is a complete waste of your time. Drive right past it to a competing drug store, it will certainly be faster than dealing with the sloths at this location. Absolutely pathetic. If there was an option to give negative stars, that's what I'd be doing. One star is too much for this store. read more

If I could, I'd rate this specific Walgreens Pharmacy a minus one million Stars! Every employee is rude like it's entirely acceptable to act this way. I had my entire prescription load transferred to another family owned pharmacy in town and it took my new pharmacy 3 days to accomplish the task. Why did it take so long you ask? Walgreens treated my new pharmacy horribly, they told me. It's the Walgreens way, I told them. For the remainder of my life, I'll never ever step foot into another Walgreens. It's a crappy corporation and they must treat their employees like shit because they treat their customers like shit. New employees come in and those same employees quit pretty damn fast. Just as soon as you get a rapport with one of their staffers there, they quit! That says it all to me. Their drive-thru is consistently broken, their employees consistently call out sick and they are constantly out of my medication. I hope this Walgreens looses every customer they have one day. Every pharmacy employee there deserves to be fired!!! 2.2 star rating? That's completely and utterly embarrassing for a large corporate pharmacy. read more

Worst pharmacy in Nampa. Avoid at all cost. ESPECIALLY if it's remotely close to their lunch time. 1-2pm called at 12:30 and sat on hold for 27 minutes. Someone answered 2 different times during the hold to say "please hold" that's it and back to hold music. Unprofessional but still understandable if helping other customers. However, the third time someone picked up and hung up the phone disconnecting the call. After 27 minutes of holding and being disconnected, I called back to see they started lunch and will be gone for the next hour. They could've taken an extra two minutes to answer a question for my son's medication. And still been on time for their lunch break. read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy for almost 4 years now and they have had a ton of overturn on staff in the pharmacy. That being said, there has been a lot of ups and downs. They now have a very diligent and friendly staff. I have come in recently on four separate occasions and this new staff seems to be great! Horrible pharmacy. I've only been using them for a little over a month, but all 4-5 times have been a nightmare. It takes 1-2 days to get a prescription. I've been lied to twice on 2 different occasions for 2 different techs about 2 different prescriptions. The first time was for pain meds after I left the ER and the lady told me I could wait in the lobby and they would have it ready soon. I asked if I had time to go across the street to grab food and she said yes and they would text me when it was ready. It was never ready and I ended up having to call the next day after they opened and it was still another 2-3 hrs. This Tues I had another prescription from my doctor that was pushed at 3pm. I called yesterday (weds) at 5pm to inquire about it, she said it would be ready in about an hr and said she was suprised it hadn't been started yet. I didn't get a call that it was ready until the following day (Thurs) in the late morning. I thought most pharmacies had prescriptions ready in about an hr, this is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I am in and out of this Walgreens all the time. We use the pharmacy for flu shots and scripts. We also tend to run in and out for small things a lot because of the proximity to our house and the easy of getting in and out of the parking lot. The store is always very clean, well stocked and properly organized. I am always able to find exactly what I want, quickly. Very convenient convenience store. The staff is very helpful when needed which I haven't really had much need of except at the photo counter. I'm very happy with this store and will continue to shop here a lot! read more

They really seem to be struggling. Gave me 62 pills instead of 90. When I called to tell them, I was on hold for over an hour before giving up. I can't imagine if it was a narcotic or my life depended on that medicine, I'd be in a real bad situation. read more

This is strictly towards the Pharmacy at Walgreens. We got here to have a prescription filled after I had surgery. Walmart wouldn't do it. Walgreens doesn't accept Blue Cross insurance and the wait was ridiculous. We waited 45 minutes for a prescription of 15 pills to be filled. The girl originally told us 15-20 minutes.
