I have used Excel Plumbing past decade and trust who they trust. They offered up Solid State Tile and gave me their number. I glanced at Yelp before calling and it was the week of Christmas. Owner came out next day to look, we were with his tile person next day, and on the schedule that week. We picked out tile and the hardest part is waiting for that to arrive. With the holidays it was a wait. Once the materials were in they got us on the schedule within a week. Process is professional and different people come to do different things. They have a great foreman that sets everything up. Demo Crew, membrane crew, tile crew, and drywall guy. All of the people at my house representing this company were great. Tile is expensive, I understand more what drives the price after seeing the process. We only chose to replace the floor and had to go a foot up all around. Tile company they had us work with helped keep us near budget and match up the new tile to matches the old tile in our 20 year old house. So in the pics they did everything on the floor and the beautiful stripe. Wife loves new drain. Hate to have a leak but new one came with lifetime guarantee. I would definitely recommend this company. Work was top notch. They were easy to communicate with and responded to all my calls, texts or emails.

Solid State tile did a wonderful job replacing the rotted wood and then put down a lovely ceramic tile. They did a great job and it was done quickly and professionally. It was a hard job for them to have to move all of the big appliances and cabinets but they did it well. When it was done everything was back in place and new floor looks great!

That is, a cost effective way to get new cabinets with granite countertops. I want to express the excellence in customer service at East Coast Granite. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!

It's been an absolute nightmare. They unfortunately did a terrible job on 2 of my other neighbor's jobs, and now my entire neighborhood is aware and refuses to work with them.
