When I asked if there was someone else who wasn't too busy to help a customer, this "manager" did the same shrug and "I don't know" AND THEN TURNED AWAY FROM ME. His name badge said Andy or Andrew. Unreal! Like a Twilight Zone episode! Never in my life have I experienced retail staff as rude and incompetent as this. I could see why he was "too busy to help me" though, since the store was torn apart and seemed to be getting renovated while they were open - it was a huge mess with junk all over the floor in the aisles, and trip hazards everywhere. If I were you, I'd give this place a miss and find ANY OTHER ACE to shop at. Oh hey, why are there so many totally unrelated photos from "reviewers"?

Every time I go they are so well stocked. I love the home plants and garden section here. They have an outstanding lighting section and I was able to find an alternate option for a glass lampshade that broke on my antique lamp. All that said, what made me make come and provide this review was the outstanding customer service I received from their store manager, Bob, this evening. He was really helpful while I was picking up lawn furniture cushions and when I took the boxes out to my car, and the boxes didn't fit, but the cushions did, was a great sport about taking the boxes from me to flatten out in the back. He was so helpful, friendly, and nice. The customer service at this store has always been great. I have a Home Depot .5 miles from my house and drive 9 miles to this location. That's how much I appreciate this store. Many thanks to Bob for all his help.

I found a rep in the returns department and he checked his phone for inventory assured me that the tiles would be on isle number 46 We searched in no luck. I found another rep and I mentioned to go ask the person in returns to ask where specifically is it and to check his inventory. He then decided to ask another representative and met me to search with no tile found I then went back to returns and the person said me bad no apologies and said the item wasn't isle five. No item was found. It was a total waste of my time. I will never go back there. Managers need to train their employees and train them and obviously their inventory is inacurrate

Franchise owner was extremely condescending. No response whatsoever when I followed up on the estimate and intended to move forward. To this day, still no response from the company. There are many local painting businesses that do a much better job than this franchised business and their condescending ownership. They are very rude and not trustworthy. I would not recommend.

This location runs on 3 salesmen, so please be patient with them or ensure that you send in your complete project details for faster responses. As I look at the reviews I noticed some of the issue came from the back end and not the store in general. Many of the reviews came from minor errors that can be expected in construction. I also saw that this location has way more 5 star reviews than what is shown publicly if you take a look at the not recommended section their are tons, I counted 18 - 5 star reviews!
