When I asked an employee how often it was re-stocked, they shrugged and said, "I dunno" and pointed me to the manager. Really?? Okay... The manager said he was too busy to help me, a paying customer. When I asked if there was someone else who wasn't too busy to help a customer, this "manager" did the same shrug and "I don't know" AND THEN TURNED AWAY FROM ME. His name badge said Andy or Andrew. Unreal! Like a Twilight Zone episode! Never in my life have I experienced retail staff as rude and incompetent as this. I could see why he was "too busy to help me" though, since the store was torn apart and seemed to be getting renovated while they were open - it was a huge mess with junk all over the floor in the aisles, and trip hazards everywhere. I found another rep and I mentioned to go ask the person in returns to ask where specifically is it and to check his inventory. He then decided to ask another representative and met me to search with no tile found I then went back to returns and the person said me bad no apologies and said the item wasn't isle five. No item was found. It was a total waste of my time. I will never go back there. Managers need to train their employees and train them and obviously their inventory is inacurrate

Franchise owner was extremely condescending. No response whatsoever when I followed up on the estimate and intended to move forward. To this day, still no response from the company. There are many local painting businesses that do a much better job than this franchised business and their condescending ownership. They are very rude and not trustworthy. I would not recommend.

This location runs on 3 salesmen, so please be patient with them or ensure that you send in your complete project details for faster responses. As I look at the reviews I noticed some of the issue came from the back end and not the store in general. Many of the reviews came from minor errors that can be expected in construction. I also saw that this location has way more 5 star reviews than what is shown publicly if you take a look at the not recommended section their are tons, I counted 18 - 5 star reviews!

This place has the absolute worst customer service, like seriously horrendous…read more I ordered cabinets in September 2022, but the project took longer, and the cabinets sat in the home until January 2023. The order needed to be fixed; for example, I ordered wall cabinets with glass doors, and upon arrival, the order only included the doors, no cabinets. I called, and they said it was on me; the sales rep seriously ordered me doors with no cabinets... The cabinet quality is average; the laminate peels at the slightest bump. To add insult to injury, the cabinets were 40% off when I placed the original order, so when the sales persons mistake left me with no cabinets, just doors, they refused to honor the sale price from the original order.
