They were very helpful until they gouged me on a part because I needed it in a day for a woman's boiler in the mountains. Charge me double price than any other distributor. I'm a contractor in Denver, Littleton, centennial, Highlands ranch, Parker, lone tree, Inglewood, Lakewood and Denver. I will never recommend Rampart supply to any of my customers or any contractors working with me. it was truly a kick in the face my experience. Talk to Cody the manager his attitude was basically sorry we can't help you. Stay away from that place. truly not in the contractors best interest.All other supply houses wanted 420 for the part give or take they charged me 850 out the door. The customer service is spot on, and it's usually the guys that I appreciate the most. Unfortunately, there's one girl who's messed up my order at least four times, but I'm moving past that because I like this company enough. Bought a shower for a basement remodel. My Dad spends lots of place on marketplace and found it and it appears you need a contact ahead of time bc the entire set up is confusing otherwise. There are LOTS of buildings. Once we connected with the sales guy he had been speaking to it was pretty cut and dry but they do things a little old school with paper back and forth so paying took a sec. Great prices though! What we got would have been about $800 more at a big box store like Lowe's. read more

Customer service here has not just fallen off, it has leaped into a deep cavernous hole which has no end. It used to be really good. Salespeople with great communication were fantastic. In the last 6 months that has done a 180. We purchased a tub for a customer's master bath remodel and they were lightning quick with emails about the order and answering the phone to take $5,000 then all communication literally ceased. 11 weeks out and they won't return my calls and emails for the last 5 weeks. I get the supply chain issues 100%, but to ignore me and refuse to let me know what the situation is for over a month is really just unacceptable. The tub is the lynchpin on starting demo on a $50k remodel and they don't have the decency to follow up once in 11 weeks. I would rather drive the extra 30 min to Aurora for whatever I need than deal with Rampart any longer. read more

We are building a new home, and went to the showroom to choose all of our fixtures, i.e., toilets, sinks, faucets, etc., etc. Marielle was our consultant, and we could not have been happier! First, the showroom was amazing! Absolutely amazing! They have fixtures in every size, style, and price. But, Marielle was what made our visit unbelievable. She was with us every step of the way. She wasn't "pushy/salesy", and, not only was she full of knowledge, but she was genuinely concerned about our needs---everywhere from price to style to functionality. I sit behind a desk all day and have never built a house before, and my knowledge of plumbing is lacking, at best, so when I say that Marielle was beyond helpful, I really mean it. She took her time, gave her personal input, and didn't walk away when we bought $43 sinks---lol! Listen, if you know nothing about plumbing, or, even if you do, and need professional, courteous, and knowledgeable help, you NEED to go to Rampart Supply. The salesperson convinced me to go with a different shower knob than what I was originally planning to use. I felt rushed trying to pick an entire house worth of plumbing fixtures in the one hour they allocated to me in an appointment. After I got the price list, I needed another appointment to finalize my order. At my next appointment, I tried to change my order back to the shower knob that I preferred. Then the sales person informed me it would take him time to make changes to my order and if I wanted to make any changes to the list of items he had created, I would have to pay $100 change fee. I decided to take my order to another store. It seemed really arrogant that the salesperson was demanding I pay to modify the order to make it how I wanted it. Of course he said the $100 change fee would be refunded if I purchased the products from them. They lost my business because they were unwilling to modify the order to suit me unless I paid them in advance a change order fee. If you work them, you get one shot to get your order right or have to be willing to pay them $100 for the privilege of changing your order. I spent over $9000 on my project, but spent nothing at this store. They saved themselves a few minutes of time by refusing to modify my order but lost thousands of dollars of sales. If felt like the salesperson didn't listen to me, tried to rush me, and was not interested in helping me. I guess charging $100 change fees saves them a lot of their time because it pushes customers away. Perhaps they should start charging people money to shop there or make an appointment. Then they won't have to waste any time trying to help customers. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Their website looks like it was made in the 90's but doesn't bother to outline that they don't care about the public. You need a licensed contractor to call them on your behalf to grant permission for you to see their showroom. The contractor must have an account with them otherwise they interrogate you on the phone like you had broken the law. Calling the 1-800 number for the Denver location gets you a very rude woman who would like to strap you to a lie detector machine. It is funny you need to go through hoops to look at a showroom. Buying may be another thing but there is no law that says you can't sell a sink to a homeowner unless they are trying to skirt around taxes. Be warned, they don't care about homeowners even though in the end we pay the bills to the contractors. read more

Updating our Master Bathroom with the help of Rampart Supply and particularly Ashlie Wendt, showroom consultant, went very well. After looking at several bathroom supply businesses, Rampart had the most user friendly showroom. Multiple tub displays and a display of shower heads that allowed turning them on so the water spray of each head could be felt. Was the best display room and Ashlie was not only the best consultant, of all the places we looked at, but her follow-up on helping us get all of the plumbing supplies was superb. read more
