Sorry but everytime I came in 2-3 days later for a repair, I was told the nail tech didn't do a good job so off they came and a new set. But then I was shocked ... I was charged for a new set. This happened twice and yes each time it was their own personal nail techs. read more

My daughter and I both get our nails done here and we love Tom! He is amazing and my daughter is so pickey...she comes in with a new artistic flair almost every time, completely changing the shape and one time she had Tom add gold flakes to her nails and it he did an amazing job. We love going to him because he is a perfectionist. read more

There was no wait time, and the place was very clean. It would have been nice if there was some ambient sound/music playing, but the nail technician did an amazing job on my feet. I had one broken nail that grew back shorter than the rest, and she was able to add a powder extension to make it even with the rest. I did not ask for this, but was very grateful. I recently visited here with my daughters. I expected to pay more since we were in a tourist area but i dropped a small fortune! Aside from that we all left highly disappointed. We each had pictures of what we wanted for our manis but it was still impossible to communicate with the techs. It seemed like they had an idea in mind that they could/would do and that is what they did instead of what we asked for. Color on toes were okay at best but worst pedi I've ever had! Not sure how they have a five star rating because that is definitely not the experience we had. read more

The place was extremely cute! I came in for acrylics, and since I live in Kansas and always get my nails done at a different place, I was kind of nervous. Now, the place is super super cute, so I feel bad for saying that it wasn't a good experience, but I kept asking for dips like I always do, and when they finally understood, and said they would do it, they just... didn't. They did the shape I wanted perfectly, but I didn't want it painted on because it doesn't look right. The nail isn't completely covered in sparkles like I wanted/am used to. I'm front out of town and was in desperate need of a manicure and pedicure with powder dip nails. This place had good reviews so I thought I would give it a try. I asked for a manicure, tips for my nails and powder rather than acrylic or gel. The guy that did my nails tried to talk me into acrylics and gel polish and I told him I was a nurse practitioner and couldn't have acrylic. He ground my cuticles with the drill-no manicure (which I desperately needed due to constant hand washing). There wasn't a great selection of colors for the powder but I picked one. Overall he did a decent job. I have bubbles on one nail but the rest are ok. He seemed rushed and frustrated with me because I kept staring at areas he messed up. He fixed them eventually but was rather rough in doing so. I almost walked without the pedicure but decided to stay. It was a much better experience. The technician was nice. Like others have commented the massage portion was not as long as I'm accustomed to but it was pleasant. She did a good job on my nails. It was $80 for the combined services which I think was a little pricey for what I received. read more

Been looking for a nail salon since moving here that my husband would like also. Called Color Nails and was told to come on in. Got there and Toi remembered that I had called and even though ladies had walked in before us Toi sat us immediately for our pedis. Toi took care of my fingers and toes great! My husband was taken care of by Amy and was so satisfied that even though I had tipped her he tipped her extra. He also complimented Toi on their facility being very clean, friendly and accommodating. Needless to say I found our new nail salon!! read more

After trying every salon in Branson this one is the best. (Trust me I'm a nail snob) The quality of work is superb and keeps me coming back every two weeks faithfully. Sometimes they do get busy and it's best to make an appointment. This never bothers me because I'll wait for the best or come another day. I'll never go anywhere else. Excellent! We take a trip for Christmas each year and the girls always get a pedicure. This place was amazing! They treated my granddaughters like queens - so special! The treatment was wonderful. Pedicure was great! The thing that impressed me the most was the air quality - it didn't smell of chemicals. They have air purifiers that make it a very pleasant experience! read more

This place is a JOKE! My daughter paid to get nails put on for my birthday and they stayed on for 4 days before popping off! I called and they said they would make it right by putting them back on but I got there and the tech informed me that my nail beds are too small for them to stay on and then had the audacity to tell me that I must have done something to them for them to come off!! Why would anyone in there right mind pay $50 for a service they want and then ruin them 4 days later on purpose?! INSANE!!! Rude and ridiculous people...spend your money elsewhere!! read more

I have been coming to this salon for the past several months as a regular customer, always being sure to tip them above and beyond the norm. I went in today to see if I could get a full set put on, when I finally was greeted, I told them what I needed, they spoke to each other and then one gentleman turned to me and said"We're busy" not come back in a hour , tomorrow nothing just we're busy. I am never actually greeted when I do come here, but this time was quite rude and I won't be back! I know for a fact you can get the same quality in many other salons in Branson and as far as customer service this is the only salon I have been to, where they dont actually have this to offer......................RUDE!. read more

Not happy. Nails look good but not what I asked for at all. I asked for as short as possible...asked for shorter again because I work with older adults and kids. Nail lengths are all different. Stuff was left under my nails. He was on the phone 1/2 of the process so I felt like I couldn't have them corrected before he was already complete. read more

Overall good service. Made an appointment the day before and still had to wait a bit on arrival. The only major complaint I have is that is smells very much like acrylic and acetone, a new/improved ventilation system would be beneficial as I left with a bit of a headache. Another downside was I had to go through several color choices on the sample list before I came to a color they had in stock, so the samples should probably be edited to reflect the polish they have in at the time. read more

I was looking for a decent nail place after trying Pro and NV nails. Both places were highly disappointing. I was referred here to Color Nails and was praying it would be a good choice. Man it sure was the BEST choice. I have had my nails done all over the country and this place is likely the best salon I've ever been in. I got a pedicure done by a very sweet lady who took her time meticulously working on my toes. She did an excellent job! Then I got a full set of acrylics in Ferrari Red shellac coffin shaped. Not every nail tech can get coffin right but the man who did mine did a PERFECT job! He also took his time and my nails look the best ever! I wish I had started out coming here as I am very pleased with their work and this establishment is a far far cry from the other salons I had been to in town. read more

I really enjoyed my experience here overall- my acrylic manicure for my wedding was beautiful and they worked with me to find a color I liked and listened to the shape I wanted on the nails. The regular pedicure I got unfortunately chipped the same night I got it so that felt like a bit of a waste of money. There wasn't a good massage/spa type experience with the mani or pedi- it was more just getting it done, but we did come in an hour before they closed and they stayed open late to accommodate us. This was in part because they don't take reservations on weekends. There was a small incident where my mom was on the phone dealing with a stressful situation when we first walked in, and one of the techs tried to get her to pick a color and take a seat while she was on the phone. Apparently she used a harsh tone when she asked him to wait a minute- I didn't actually hear it- but they then refused to give her a pedicure because they said she was rude. She apologized pretty profusely and explained that she didn't mean to speak impolitely and was stressed while on the phone, but the staff were fairly adamant about refusing her service. As the mother of the bride she almost had to beg them to just paint her toe nails, which they finally did, but she couldn't get the full pedicure. The owner explained his philosophy about wanting a good connection with clients and it was obvious he cares a lot about what he does. I feel badly if the first tech felt disrespected but I also know it was an honest human moment of stress from my mother and she felt pretty shamed by all of them after even with a lot of apologizing. The whole thing definitely added some stress to what ideally should have been a fun and relaxing girls' outing before the wedding. read more
