The woman I spoke with pretty much ensured that I will be going to them for any and all printing needs. She was polite and so helpful! They close in 15 minutes and she said she would get my stuff printed for me even though they were so close to closing. People like her and her amazing customer service gives me faith in humanity. My father called in today to see if they can print his logo for him, and the workers he spoke to…read morewere rude for absolutely no reason. My dad, whose first language is not English, tried his best to explain what he wanted as clear as possible. He told them that he wanted his logo printed on something magnetic that he could stick onto his truck. Reasonable, no? The worker told him that printing his logo onto a magnet was doable, and that he could email his logo to the company. My father did exactly that and then called the company once again to make sure they received his email. He then asked them to check over the logo and see if they can still print it and the worker responded with just a plain, "No." There was no explanation, no "we're sorry but we can't do this for you," just "No." ***They refused service to my dad without further explanation! Highly do not recommend this place solely based off of poor customer service and rudeness***

What a helpful bunch of people working at this store. A coworker and I stopped in as we had some…read moreboxes to ship back to the corporate office. As we waited in line, I observed the manager helping people throughout the store with the printers and copiers, asking people in line if they had labels printed already, and just keeping her store running as efficiently as possible with quite a few customers in there. If you can use a pre-printed label, you can get in and out pretty fast. If you need to have them print labels, there were only 2 full service stations that had that service available. The manager apologized for the wait which honestly wasn't bad at all. Once we got to the clerk, it was easy to provide the shipping info and send the packages on their way. Thanks so much for being friendly faces when so many people out there just go about their jobs without any customer service skills. I appreciate it!
