Had an employee actually doing their job -- polite, professional, ANGEL. Then here comes Ali, the "store manager" -- more like the CEO of bad vibes. Smirking, shaking, trying to refuse me service because some Spanish lady walked in. Baby... excuse me? I'm handling THREE lawsuits, you think I'm here to be intimidated by your weak-ass energy? He refused to give his name at first because clearly he was scared. Bro... it's not that serious, but apparently customer service is Greek mythology to Ali -- mythical, invisible, nonexistent. ‍ Meanwhile, the employee actually helping me got me my paperwork like a boss. As we waited in line, I observed the manager helping people throughout the store with the printers and copiers, asking people in line if they had labels printed already, and just keeping her store running as efficiently as possible with quite a few customers in there. If you can use a pre-printed label, you can get in and out pretty fast. If you need to have them print labels, there were only 2 full service stations that had that service available. The manager apologized for the wait which honestly wasn't bad at all. Once we got to the clerk, it was easy to provide the shipping info and send the packages on their way. Thanks so much for being friendly faces when so many people out there just go about their jobs without any customer service skills. I appreciate it!
